    Biglugz went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. They kept me updated on the progress of repairs and thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and why. It feels good to know that they actually care about their customers and their safety. All members of their staff were courteous and kind and their office girl is just the sweetest. Their estimate was much lower than 3 other shops I took my vehicle to, by several hundred dollars. If you're looking for a quality mechanic at a great price, I cannot recommend Biglugz enough. All of my vehicles will be going here for repairs.

    the office girl ****** is very rude an doesn't do her job correctly. I was booked by ************************* the owner and neither one took responsibility for not putting me on the schedule like I was told, over priced on certain parts poor communication. basically if your not worth their time your brushed off. customers don't matter when it comes to the shops mess **** Wont fix their own problems but want to work on others. I don't recommend this business.

    ***** stopped in for an estimate and was given a rough verbal estimate from ******* (a person he considered a friend well enough to ask to borrow money from). The next day, ******* had ****** type up the estimate and email it to *****, ******* gave ****** the part numbers, prices, and labor hours. When she emailed the quote, ***** immediately emailed back telling her she was wrong and to change this and that on the quote and would not answer his cell phone so that ******* could explain why the things that were on the quote were there and needed to be there. ***** then texted ******* and was rude saying we are overpriced.. He then showed up at the shop and there was an argument. To ******'s knowledge, ***** never even accepted the quote to repair his vehicle. On Sunday 7/7, ***** once again began being rude when he asked about his appointment that was supposed to be scheduled for 7/8. ******* has no recollection of telling ***** that his vehicle was to be worked on that day, and did not tell ****** to put it on the schedule for that day. ******* schedules customers himself when he tells them a date so if he had told him a date he would have put it on the calendar. There was no further mention of *****'s vehicle in the shop prior to 7/7. He thought that he could just demand we do his car on 7/8 which was a pretty big job and we were already completely booked for the day. We had zero room in our schedule to do his timing kit in between the cars we had already scheduled weeks in advance, including one customer who is due to have a baby any day. After this he then again, began talking badly about ****** to ******* so she decided to message him and stand up for herself. He has since blown this all out of proportion all because we could not cater to him and would not be treated with disrespect multiple times.
