      I was in an accident October ******* and the problem I am having is they keep lying and giving me the running around about my case. I spoke to ******** they havent even requested the information needed for my case like they have stated to me. Its ridiculous its been 6 months. N then everyday its a different person on my case how many times u going to switch them

      Hello,
      Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. Wed like to apologize for the frustration and confusion you've experienced throughout this process. Your case and your trust in us are extremely important, and wed like to clarify what has been happening to address your concerns.

      After you were involved in the accident on October 24, 2024, we began working diligently to move your case forward. Unfortunately, we encountered a significant delay due to complications with ********* Specifically, ******** would not allow us to access your lien information because they had the prior law firm, Cable Law, listed as your attorney of record. As a result, they were legally unable to communicate with us or release any information through their system.

      We were unaware of this representation initially, but once you provided us with a copy of your termination letter to Cable Law on April 10, 2025, we took immediate steps to correct the issue. On April 11, 2025, we successfully had Cable Law removed as the listed attorney with ********. We also followed up with Cable Law and advised them to send out the withdraw letter. Now that we have access to your lien information, we are able to proceed to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

      Please know that everyone you've spoken to is part of the same team working together to bring your case to resolution. We are now in a position to move things forward and bring this to a conclusion for you. If you have any further questions or would like a direct update, please dont hesitate to reach out.

      Kisling Nestico ************************* check. Can't cash check anywhere. Steered to my business bank with dead telephone number and incorrect address. Can't s I gn in online.

      It is our understanding that you received two checks from us for your settlement. You picked up the first check from our office on 6/13/2024 and the second check on 6/25/2024. Per a conversation with your paralegal on 6/17/2024, you stated that ********** would not deposit your check due to unpaid fees on your bank account and that you were unwilling to pay these fees. This is an issue that needs to be addressed with your bank and not KNR, as the checks that were given to you are viable.

      We have reviewed your complaint and can confirm your legal team provided excellent support and assistance throughout the legal process. Again, we highly recommend you contact your bank in order to deposit your checks and to access your account online.
