      I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Custom Distributors. The appliances that were delivered and installed came with known issues. We had to schedule multiple service calls to address the known issues with our new appliances. These disruptions caused us to miss work, adding to the inconvenience and frustration of dealing with such costly purchases. In addition, the cooktop was installed incorrectly. This caused soot marks on the bottom of our pans, which subsequently stained our brand-new sink—a frustrating and unacceptable situation. We were convinced by the salesperson that this set of appliances would best meet our needs and that they were top of the line. We were assured that if we had any issues at all, the company would ensure our satisfaction. However, this could not be further from the truth. The customer service has been completely disjointed. It feels as though no one truly takes responsibility. To make matters worse, the company does not back their products—they refuse to accept returns or exchanges, leaving the paying customer in a bind. Throughout this ordeal, communication has been appalling. We have been unable to interact with management or the owner to voice our concerns. In fact, when we asked for the owner to contact us here is the response we received verbatim, "you can reach ***** through our main line. ************. I'm sorry his schedule did not allow for him to call you, as requested." For a company that claims to prioritize quality and service, this experience has been a shocking disappointment. I urge others to think twice before purchasing from Custom Distributors, as they fail to stand behind their products or care for their customers.

      We understand Ms. ******** frustration regarding the site damage caused during the installation of their dishwasher, by our team, however, believe we have rectified the damage we are responsible for, which were scratches to their floor. Because Ms. ****** did not mention the floor in her review, we believe she feels the same. We feel the balance of her review is inflated in an attempt to have us return used products, at no charge and in direct conflict with our credit and return policy as well as replace items in their home, not purchased from our company, that they are unhappy with.

      We have been in constant contact with both homeowners, including sending good faith use & care tips which would resolve many of the customer's appliance concerns should they be applied.  These include their dislike of the control board layout on the speed oven, the lack of a visible heating element in the dishwasher, and the noise level at which the speed oven sounds when completing a cooking cycle.  These products were selected in our showroom by the homeowners who were provided specification documents detailing the design, features and functions of each appliance.  The homeowner has declined multiple offers for our in-house chef to complete a use & care in their home, free of charge, to better understand their appliances.

      The pans she has referred to were covered in soot due to the cooking appliance being shipped and installed to operate from natural gas and not ************* ******** times during the selection and purchase process the homeowners confirmed their home utilized natural gas and there was no need for the conversion kit required should the home utilize ************* During our installation process, when we would have discovered the fuel type issue, the electrical receptacle was not located in the product specified location and we were unable to complete and test our installation.  When fuel type was determined to be the issue the homeowners stated they now realized their home used LP and not natural gas, but the appliance had already been used several times.  ******* appliances we sell have the option to use ****** or natural gas as it's source and each brand handles it differently which is why confirming with the homeowner which fuel type they use is an integral part of our selection process.

      The homeowners are not satisfied with their sink selection and have been on a campaign to have it replaced free of charge, which the homebuilder has refused to replace because the soot marks can be cleaned.

      Ms. ****** has requested to speak with an owner but has refused to call in to our business, during business hours when they would be available and instead is demanding an owner's personal cell phone number which we will not provide.

      Custom Distributors has rectified the floor damage caused by our installation team, prior to this review being posted, and have offered top tier communication and customer service as detailed above.  In addition, we have arranged multiple service calls stemming from product complaints by Ms. ************* As of this posting, all appliances are operating as they were designed.
