    The company contacted me multiple times while I was out of the area on business/research. I told them to charge our account for a lock and then put the keys in our file and we would pick them up. Today we needed in there for the holiday of Sukkot. We had various decorations and the like in there that we ended up having to rush out and repurchase because they told us that there were no keys in our file. I called several times and left several messages during business hours. But the person working there left early and never answered those calls. I showed up and called the after hours emergency number. The guy verified that the keys were in the account, but would not give me access to the facility because I only had a photo of my ID and raced there without the physical ID. still, he confirmed "yep, that's definitely you." There was no reason to do this. I told him it was an emergency and we had been trying to get in to get holiday decorations for the party this evening. Even while acknowledging it was me - and i confirmed all addresses on file and all information related to the count - he did not give us access to the storage unit. What good is a storage unit which you cannot access when you need to? What good is a place that lies and tells you there are no keys in your file, and then when you lose your temper a guy checks and sees that they actually are, but then won't let you in to your unit anyway? I would like a full refund for the month, plus a complimentary month, or I would like the past amounts paid up today to be refunded, as services were not rendered as advertised - namely my wife was not given the keys and I was not, until losing my temper and having to drive there myself, while half dressed and trying to get the party set up. As a result, we ended up having to spend hundreds more on the same decorations we already owned. This needs to be reimbursed through store credit at the very least.
