    My Dad passed and my brother lives out-of-state, and I am back from living out of the country, and I am in charge of getting my Dad's house up and running again while we decide what we are going to do with the house. Right after my Dad passed, I had called them because I saw the name on the side of a vehicle in my neighborhood, and I had remembered it when I was a kid. The air con unit is from 1986, and Dad was a GM engineer and really knew how to keep things going. Everything was good, except it had no refrigerant. The tech was a lifesaver. He just got it up and running quickly. I'm certain he could see that I needed a helping hand and just did what needed to be done. It was a lifesaver because I was really grieving and had no bandwidth. I just needed it to work. Then, my mother had a stroke, and I had to rush to Florida and was there for a year. Once I returned, I found myself back where I started. The air con unit needed refrigerant againwhich has been phased out. Called Detmer and talked through the options. I mean it's clear now that it has a leak. With the prices through the roof for the refrigerant, it was time to talk reality. I wasn't rushed off the phone, and I wasn't given the hard sell. I really appreciated that particularly at this time while I'm still grieving. Further, it's still my call what I want to do with it, but I have good advice and experience guiding my decision. Thanks a lot for what you have already done for me.

    Used Detmer for 8 years. Going somewhere else. Technicians did a good job eventually fixing the problem. However, we were charged $200 for a dye test we didn't need with first tech mis-diagnosing the issue instead of a piston needing replaced it was the coil. In speaking with Mike Fitzsimmons in management he refused to acknowledge the issue and refused the refund when we paid over $2,400 for the 3 calls we had to get air conditioner fixed. Poor customer service and very unprofessional business manner on Mike's end. Techs were great.

    Thank you for caring about us and for being so willing to come out in 24 hours it's been the hottest day here in dayton and you were willing to work us in I will use your services again Thank you Sara you understood and took time to really care about your future customers it means alot to my son and our fur babies THANK YOU AGIAN !!!! I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU AND STAFF
