What can be done for a class action lawsuit? Our experience was very similar. Husband and I went for interview and told he was a good candidate. $6500 later, we have a loan and he had a few treatments with no results. No doctor to review or adjust treatment. Then, without warning, the office closes and the phone number disconnected. We still owe on the loan and we want out of that as well as a refund. What a scam!! Was promoted on a local TV station as well. Helped make it appear legitimate. We are in for a class action.

Wow.wow. wow. Where do I start? Long wait. Pushy salemen, liars, liars, liars. Pain in office. NO DOCTOR on staff. No employee knows what others are saying and doing. So i lying on others. No communication. No dont wanna continue. Complete JOKe. No calls back about pain, contract, appointments. UNTIL today we went in Mar 11. & with only half a treatment and told after treatment started to Stop pain!! no doctor on staff. We told them if I can't see a doc revoke/void/decease contract. So anyhow I here again because calls started 3 days ago and haven't stopped

Have had no results with 14 visits. Everyone who works there hates it. On nearly every visit I had to listen to complaints from whomever was administering my “treatment”. I’m in for a class action lawsuit with any one else who would care to join in.

They started at $9,700.00 and asked for my phone after he told me about the financing, they could get approved and wanted to use my phone to fill the form for me. The "doctor" started to use my phone to fill in the financing and I asked for my phone back to see what he was doing. He was accepting the financing without my approval! I said I'd like to think about it and he said he could do it for $6,700.00. When I said I wanted to get back to him he said he could see if they could do better. I said no thanks and left and the "doctor" followed me to the door and he said I was making a mistake. Another patient got on the elevator with me and he said he had 5 treatments with no luck and they said he would need more $$ to get any benefits. What a scam!!!

I signed a contract for 5,100 for ED treatments in December of 2021,they told me that I would need twelve treatments, but only received 6 instead because I wasn't seeing any results whatsoever,I was told that I could cancel and that they would put into there system to cancel my remaining treatments,so I contacted the finance company Zuntafi to see if Pine Ridge put in for the cancellation for my remaining treatments which they didn't do,the finance company said that I would only be responsible for the treatments that I did receive which was 2,550 which was only fair, but when Corporate Office located in Utah and talked with Zack he said that I'm on the hook for the total amount of 5,100 and I told him that the finance company had already authorized Pine Ridge Medical Clinic to return there portion of 2,550 and he said he would take care of that and see that they where not returning any money to finance company because I signed a contract, plus I would like to say that I never received the free gift that they mentioned in their TV commercial very miss leading.Im very sorry that I even went there,so please safe yourself the money and the headaches don't go to Pine Ridge Medical Clinic they are just out for the money they lied about the free gift, they lied about the percentage rate on how many men this would help,so how I'm left paying for treatments that I'm not even receiving in the amount of $259.54 for the next two years.

On 12/30/21 I signed a a contract for ed treatments. Their sales pitch was that they have a 85% success rate, "Confident it will work for almost everybody". When you sign the contract you are also signing a Patient Release and Waiver of Liability Form, which eliminates any recourse you have for any damages or failure of the treatments working !st warning. They first told me I would only need 6 treatments but when it came to the contract they upped it to 12 treatments. Which you have to pay up front, 2nd warning. They started at $6900.00 but ended up at $3900.00 3rd warning. They also promised a special gift to produce instant results. It has been almost 6 months and still have not received it. After I started treatments and did not have any results I started asking the other men in the waiting room if they had any positive results, not one person out of at least 10 said they were happy with the program. I called the office and the nurse practitioner who signed me up told me I should go see a urologist to see if I had another problem, This should have been told to me first, but then they would not be able to get your money. I contacted the patient relation dept. Michael told me there was nothing they would do because I signed the release form to not hold them responsible for anything.

On 4-19-22 I signed a contract for ED treatments and on 4-20-22 I told them after considering the price I wanted to cancel the contract and did not want any treatments I was told they would submit a form to Patient Relations and it would be taken care of. I reminded them I had not received any treatments. I called again on 4-21 to make sure that my request was in progress and Katessa told me it was. I called again on 4-26-22 and Mia told me that Michael was working on it. I went in person to the office on 4-28-22 and talked to Marvin the lead tech who told me they were a big company and it may take them some time to react but he would follow up and make sure my request was being worked on and let me know. It's now 5-16-22 and no word and *******  the finance company wants a first payment of $203.56 which I sent in. I believe I'm getting the run around and I need your help to cancel my contract and get back any money I've sent to *******. Thank You.
