      I had some tree work done by them. While trimming the tree a limb fell I hit the power line witch pulled on the weather head on the house. Asked them to fix it they said no. They gave some excuse that the power company said that the weather head was old already, but will pay for another part of the repair. I’m happy with the work they did just not there ability to conflict resolve.

      We were told by the power company that the weather head was too old to simply adjust rather than having to replace the unit, which if that had been the case they would have simply reattached it rather than replacing it.  We received the bill sent to us for the charges and offered to pay the larger portion which was the Tap Fee, but not the weather head replacement since that was out of necessity.  We tried to call several times and never received a response to either calls or the last email that we sent that explained why we were not going to be paying for the weather head replacement.  Our last email we sent was on September 26th, 2024.  I've also attached a copy of the bill that we were sent.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I do not be leave I should have to pay any of it as it happen as a result of the work the company was doing. I just want to be made back whole the way it was b$ they did the work. As far as calling leave a message I work long hrs and cant always answer the phone but I can call back if I know that you called.
