      The new management company came down on all the homme owners saying we owe all this money, we do not know where to mail the money, getting late fees. They are doing nothing for us to help with the issue.

      Now that the city is involved it is escalating. Trying to take their property, I do not have 500/1000 dollars to pay. Foreclosures are happening, attorneys, it is a mess. The new management company has been awful, citing people for having things on their patio, towing cars for no reason, giving only a couple days notice.

      Trying to find out where these charges/condo fees are coming from. I haven't gotten a statement or explanation of where this money is going to. I'm not sure what to do or where to go, the condos, and neighbors are unsure what do to as well. I am a senior on a budget and I have to make a decision weather to pay my electrical bill or condo fee. There was supposed to be a mediation due to police being called many times. We have not even been informed of when the mediation will take place/if its even happening.

      This complaint is towards the Winding Hills Condominium Association. The Board of Managers, not HomeARCH, determines policies, rules and regulations, budgets etc. We assist them with those initiatives and provide accounting services. The Board of Managers has been notified of this complaint and their response is: they do not discuss any individuals account or any of the associations legal issues with third parties. The complainant is a long time unit owner of the community and they have been notified of monthly assessments, special assessments, rule notifications, and the association is represented by the law firm of Kaman and Cusimano. 

      On a personal note, I have spoken with the complainant recently and provided her with some account information she had requested. I have not had any problems with this owner and anytime I have talked with her I do my best to answer her questions and provide any information that she has requested. We do send monthly account statements to all owners (not to owners that are in legal collections) and those statements have amounts and where to send payment . All owners of Winding Hills Condo Association have access to our website that they can get the association's news, submit forms, and pay their monthly assessments.
