    Only 1 star since 0 is not an option. This company built three homes behind our house. Their subs and suppliers were constantly parking in our driveway or blocking it all together. The only solution was to block off our driveway for 11 months. Yes you read that correctly...ELEVEN MONTHS. The trucks damaged the driveway. They promised to bring in gravel and fix the drive when all the houses were completed. As of this morning Joel DiYanni has indicated they "didn't see any damage and would not be doing a thing about this. I knew they would not take care of this when it was all said and done. This is the most unprofessional organization I have encountered. All they seemed to care about was building their overpriced homes and getting the hell out of there. The disruption to the neighbors was inconsequential to them.
