      We have a home security system with Brinks. They notified me that our system required a free upgrade from 3G to 4G. They outsourced this upgrade to Total Security LLC (“TS”). *** ******** contacted me and arranged to perform this upgrade. He went through the house in a hurried fashion and briefly reviewed the new system, noting “it was the same as the old one”. He took my old display unit and the bracket that held it up, but assured me if I called ****** they would send me a new bracket. About an hour after he left the alarm system went off. After several calls to ****** they ended up turning off certain sensors to avoid the system going off again. Of course, this meant the system was not monitoring those areas. Specifically the system was no longer monitoring our sump pump/water risk in the basement and a sliding door in the back was turned off. Also, ****** refused to provide a replacement bracket *** claimed they would, noting that was an installer issue. After several difficult calls with Brinks, they agreed the upgrade was not sufficiently completed and the installer needed to return. TS was to contact me to arrange a free follow up visit. This was in early November. TS failed to contact me – I called them and left messages. On November 10, **** **** called me and represented himself as a manager of TS. He agreed to resolve all open issues himself to my satisfaction on November 18. On November 17 he called and cancelled, but agreed to send *** back out once he returned from his vacation. It has been over a month and no one from TS has contacted me. They have not answered calls and their voicemails are full. I have texted **** **** twice and gotten no response. To be clear, I am very unhappy with ****** and how they have ignored to provide any service, but TS has been hired to represent them and complete upgrades properly. TS has completely failed to do so and is avoiding any contact or any attempt to correspond to resolve this matter.
