OUR NURSERY GUARANTEE: Trees, Shrubs, Bushes are guaranteed 1 year from date of purchase. Bring the plant, tag, and sales receipt and we will honor the 1 year guarantee in the form of an IN STORE CREDIT-NO cash will be given. Not Guaranteed: Roses, Azaleas, Rhododendrons and Perennials. IN STORE CREDIT is good for 12 months from date of issue.
REPLACEMENT NURSERY ITEM NOT GUARANTEED.
Merchandise Return Policy: Bench's will accept hardgoods, in saleable condition, for a period of 7 days from date of purchase with ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT ONLY. Returns will be paid in the form of an IN STORE CREDIT, good for 12 months from date of issue. Credit card returns will incur a 10% restocking charge to be credited to your account.
NO CASH WILL BE GIVEN.
