      My wife attempted to cancel her account with this studio last June but has repeatedly been charged their monthly membership fee since. When she initially attempted to cancel, the studio told her to remove her payment method from their customer portal, but she's continued to be charged since. The studio has since refused to respond to her phone calls or emails and the only response I've received states that we need to fill out a cancellation form and provide 30 days notice, the latter of which we've done repeatedly. At this point the business has drastically overcharged us for a service we have not used and do not want, and I feel like they're acting in bad faith and purposefully making the cancellation process far more difficult than necessary. We'd like a full refund for the money we've been charged since June of 2024.

      Thank you for reaching out and giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. We truly value our members and always strive to ensure a smooth experience.
      After reviewing our records, we were unable to find any prior communication regarding a cancellation request from ****** in June 2024 or at any time before your recent outreach. Our policy, as outlined in the membership agreement, requires cancellations to be submitted via our official cancellation form with a 30-day notice period to ensure all requests are properly documented and processed.
      That said, we want to be as accommodating as possible. As a courtesy, we have canceled the membership moving forward. 
      Regarding the charges, we see that one disputed charge has already been reversed by your payment provider. Since we had no record of a cancellation request until recently, the remaining charges were processed in accordance with our policy. While we are unable to issue a full refund, we hope that the previous charge reversal helps resolve this matter.
      We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future. Please let us know if theres anything else we can do to assist you.
