    We used their service to translate a divorce document from Germany to USA for ***** submission. Paid for certified translation with notary and paid for the original translation copies to be mail by USPS. The translation was promised to be delivered within 24 hours. After the second day, we did not get anything from them so we followed up and a response was given that they had translated the document but was not happy with their own translation so they have to forward it to another person. I waited and they emailed a draft in which contain errors that was careless, name of location was spelled wrong, certain words that was BOLD was not bolded and other errors that a professional translator would not make the mistake. So I used my PDF to comment on the document for errors for correction and emailed them back. I followed and followed up after emailing them to correct the errors and have not gotten a response. I emailed demanding that a final draft with notary be emailed to me as our ***** document was due for submission and if they can’t delivered as promised that we be refunded our money. We have yet to received our final certified with notary translation via email or original documentation. Due to the lateness and untimely response, our ***** document is currently one day late from submission. This is now day five. We are requesting our original be sent and email to us and a refund or adjustment of our money. This is horrible business practice as people depends on these type of service for their real life situation that is very very important.
