    I purchased a Bespoke fridge through Samsungs website. They offer free delivery and setup from a 3rd party logistics company. It was XPO. Told by XPO text message I would be receiving a 30 minute call ahead on Saturday the 24th of September with my delivery window being 1:30-4:30 that day. I had started to pull out of my driveway around 11:30 am , at the same time a large truck stopped blocking my driveway. I parked attempting to speak with the driver, passanger jumped out with a extremely poor attitude right away. When expressing that I wasn’t given a heads up and it’s almost 2 hours early I’m not able to stay. Passanger throws up his hands and stated “we can just take it back and you can reschedule “ driver was respectful and offered to go to another delivery close by, even called me from personal phone to make sure we could connect afterwards. We had already been a week without a refrigerator so desperately needed this delivery! Never received any call, email, nothing. Nobody came back. Monday morning I immediately started calling not only XPO but Samsung as well, XPO is a call center that couldn’t reach a response from the local XPO hub where the refrigerator is still currently sitting. I’ve made NUMEROUS attempts to resolve this. As currently still without a refrigerator that was paid for and not delivered. I even offered to go pick it up myself but Samsung has XPO under contract. Please help

    XPO was hired to move a load of product for *** ******* Inc. XPO employee hired a trucking company that was a problem on more than one occasion. Dispatch of this trucking company would lie about where the load was. Loads took 3 -4 times longer to deliver than normal. *** ******* Inc.'s customer had shutdown time from a particular load that did not deliver due to issues described above. XPO advised *** ******* that they put this carrier on a DO NOT USE LIST. The carrier was hired again, but a separate company came in to pickup the product for the company that was supposed to be on the DO NOT USE list. The load was picked up from *** ******* Inc. on January 27, 2022. It never delivered and no one knows where it is at. *** ******* Inc. is no longer able to contact the problem carrier that XPO hired. This problem carrier stated XPO owes them money. *** ******* Inc. is no longer able to reach any XPO employees that were working on this issue as they turned it over to their attorney. They were again attempted to reach by email, but do not answer *** ******* Inc. is no longer able to reach XPO's insurance attorney. He doe not answer his phone and does not return emails sent to him. XPO admitted to fault of hiring the problem trucking company that was supposed to be on the DO NOT USE list. *** ******* Inc. believes XPO's insurance is responsible to cover the lost value of the load or return the load at their cost. - The following Information is from XPO: 15. LOSS OR DAMAGE CLAIMS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY a. Except to the extent otherwise expressly set forth herein, the Company is not liable for any claims for loss or damage to Goods whatsoever except to the limited extent that Customer’s direct damages are directly and proximately caused by the Company’s negligence or willful misconduct.

    Purchased a washer and dryer from Samsung with the delivery date of April 30, 2022 on or before that date expo also sent that information but said they could not deliver it till July 14 now it’s May 17 for delivery date. Samsung made sure it was available in my area and that it could be delivered before and on April 30 I am having such a hard time trying to receive my product sooner than May 17
