      Zero stars. Do not recommend. I have a mac toolbox and some mac tools, but I cannot find a rep. *** customer service almost verbatim told me "too bad".I'm in a commercial truck shop, and our suppliers and such have a mac **** and a mile or so away is a stop on the mac **** route. I have a fist full of broken tools to be warranteed and cannot relieve any service. Do not waste the money. ****** is faster and sells the same tools, if you look for them. Same warranty, better customer service.

      I sent in a flex head ratcheting wrench under warranty.Sent on a Saturday received a new one back the next Saturday.Called about accessory parts ,the customer service person ***** went above expectations and could not have been nicer.I could not have been treated better.
