I witnessed an employee with purple hair screaming at another employee in front of another employee she was talking about bringing a doctors note. This was very unprofessional around customers and children that F word should not be used especially around children.

I really like this store. Its a fun treasure ****. I go often and fine the staff very hard working and doing an excellent job. The real problem are shoppers not following rules. They know not to open boxes,or take out item out of already open boxes. They do anyway. Then when they get caught and are ask to leave store, they leave bad reviews, blaming the staff are rude, ect. Ive found some amazing deals. Some boxes when purchased has missing parts or broken. The have a special station were you can open boxes and review contents. If its something that doesnt meet your approval they will tape back up and place in store cart. You only keep items your interested in.

I had a horrendous experience at this location in ******. I walked in on the phone with a friend who I hadnt spoken to in a long time. As Im searching through the bins, I did look in unmarked items to see what was inside and put perfectly back together. I hear announcements on the loud speakers but I didnt actually hear what they were saying as it was noise. The next thing I know, Im being belted at by a store employee yelling at me to GET OUT OF THE STORE NOW! YOU OPENED ITEMS AND YOU NEED TO GO! My request was that they lower their voices and talk to me like a human being. All they needed to do was come to me and say we are not supposed to open anything at the bins, but I got spoken to in a degrading manner instead without warning. To add insult to injury, the general manager then comes and says YOU DIDNT READ THE HUGE SIGNS WHEN YOU WALKED IN OR HEAR THE LOUD SPEAKERS??? My simple yet necessary suggestion, is that instead of yelling at and insulting customers, choose kindness instead. It goes a long way! Greeters at the door explaining the process could help if the blind, deaf or illiterate customer comes in and may need to read lips, assistance with reading or need audible instructions that dont sound like loud speaker noise. Many stores have signs and even recordings in the store PURELY for ADVERTISING so some of us might not stop to read or listen to any of it. However, the approach here is ridiculous. Even a warning just in case you think the person is rebellious. Im sorry, but if you open anything else, we will have to ask you to leave would go a long way. Everyone says its their first time is not acceptable!! Not only because it WAS MY FIRST TIME, but also, THIS IS A NEW STORE to the area!! There will be MANY MORE people who will also have a first experience like this if something doesnt change. This is sickening to have experienced. I pray this changes soon! Blessings and peace to the reader. Thank you for your time.

I have shopped at various discount "Bin" stores around the Columbus,Ohio area but by far this is the worst ever. The store clerks are very rude and I felt "stocked" by one in particular as I raised a candle from the bin and immediately was to not to open the box. I did not open the box as it was already open..I did put 25 beads in a bag as they were scattered all over the bin. At this point I was asked to leave. This was a $1.00 day at this store. I left with no regrets.. What was a fun day for my 4 friends and me to do some fun junk shopping went bad. We all left. I was told we cannot open any boxes or bags yet kids running everywhere were ramsacking all the bins and opening bags and a few small boxes?!?!?! I am giving this a 1 start review to get my message thru, otherwise It would be a negative 5. ******* L.

The employees, especially management is very immature and abusive towards customers. Constant harassment over the intercom and on the floor. They constantly throw people out and seem to target non English speaking customers. One manager in particular seems drunk with power and constantly harasses customers for very minor and non existent issues. You can see on Google and Facebook Reviews, this location has a problem bigger than my complaint.

Poor customer service. I was sold what I was told was a "Mystery Box" only to find that it was filled with flattened broken down boxes. I returned the next day to speak to the manager whom acknowledged the mistake. I was not seeking reimbursement, but was hoping for some sort of resolution. After spending $14 the day before, a simple choosing two products on $10 day and paying $6 to make up the difference would've been satisfying but I was told that wasn't an option, "All sales are final". Fraud, plain and simple! Not even deserving of a star, but I have to give them at least one to post the review.
