I purchased my Nano Pro Reformer about two years ago from PersonalHour. I have nothing but great things to say about the reformer but also the company. When I received my order the color was not the right one I originally ordered. I emailed the company and was instantly emailed back with a solution. They also let me keep all the equipment that was sent as the wrong color which I really appreciated not having to deal with the hassle of sending it back. I highly recommend purchasing through this company not just because the reformers are so beautiful ( you have options to customize them too!! ) but also because the company is filled with people who genuinely care about each and every single one of there customers
