    I purchased one of Ewins chairs just under two years ago. There warranty period is two years. The weight limit specs for this chair is 550lbs. Im a big guy and weigh *******. The seat back pivot point that allows the chair to recline has failed. From just a picture I sent they claim it is due to excessive force on that point. There has been no excessive force and the chair was used normally. It did not handle daily normal wear. My claim is that their weight limit specs or false or their product failed. They can not prove that there was any misuse voiding the warranty from a picture. **** just dont want to honor their warranty so close to its expiration.

    My girlfriend bought me this chair for fathers day in late 2023 (august i want to say) and since then it has started ripping at the seams. I was in contact with a company *** about it in June or July of 2024, she says to wait until the end of 2024 and they will have a ***lacement for me so i waited until December . I have contacted them multiple times and it just seems like they are treading water until my warranty is up. All i want is a ***lacement before my $500 chair becomes completely unusable.I have included the * (formally *******) conversations with the initial contact and also the emails back and forth with another *** saying that they will send one, in which i haven't received.

    On 12/3/2024 I ordered a chair from EWin Racing Company. I then received an email in the middle of the night stating that the chair I ordered was out of stock. ******, from the company offered me another chair, that was not only more expensive but not in the color I wanted either. I then responded stating that I did not want that chair and would like a refund, and my order cancelled. She then proceeded to offer me another chair that was almost $250 dollars more than the original chair I wanted and stated I would have to pay the difference. I then responded again stating to please cancel my order and to issue a refund. It has been complete silence since. There is no answer on the phone numbers provided and no one will respond to my emails since I requested my refund 5 times.

    I ordered the chair Nov 27 2023 and received it mid December the purchase price $333.11 invoice ***** in the past couple weeks I noticed the material was peeling away from the backing on the front of the seat cushion I emailed the company and provided pictures of the issue they responded that this was normal wear and tear and was not warrantied the chair is less then a year old and this issue from my job experience is not correct this is a defect in the quality of the material used I have asked for a manager or supervisor to contact me but I am getting no response accepted we already answered you on this issue they are not honoring there warranty on the product and are not being cooperative on this issue

    I purchased one of their Flash XL Ergonomic Computer/Office chairs SKU: BB3H-XL-REV mainly for its support for my work from home job and I needed the features for back issues. The chair has a one year warranty provided by Ewing.Around August 14th, the chair lumbar mechanism broke and I reached out to them to get a replacement. They replied that it was unavailable until October.October 16th I followed up because I hadnt heard anything. They replied I had to wait till November 5th. I asked them to provide me with another option perhaps replace the chair.November 12th- I still had no communication with them. So again I reached out.Ewing replied that I now had to wait till Nov 23rd and then it should ship on the 25th. i have asked in October and now November to replace the chair because asking me to wait 2-3 months is unacceptable with NO customer service emails letting me know of any delays or issues. Its always me that has to follow up with them.

    I placed an order for this chair (E-WIN *********************************************** Chair with Pillows - CLD) on Oct. 10th 2024, and received it on Oct 17th 2024. The very first time I used the chair, it broke. This chair is rated for 400 lbs and I am easily 80 lbs beneath that weight limit. I have attempted to get in contact with them 3 separate times now, twice through email and calling 2 of their numbers listed as being part of the business, with no answer to either.

    September 17th around 15:00 i ordered a product.About 15 minutes later I sent a cancelation request through their website customer service.I didn't get a confirmation email I sent a request so 3 hours later I sent an email request.I asked to cancel on the 17th, 19th and 23rd I never received a response and the product was shipped anyway

    I purchased my blue and black xl550 chair October 2023 and my chair started to break June 2024. I've made over 6 attempts to contact the company including several phone calls to get in touch with anyone in customer service and they have none. They do have an individual that has replied ***************** to my emails. I've given pictures and short video of my chair leaning back and to the right with extensive frame damage just before the reclining lever. Damage is on both sides but the right is the worst. I was lucky I found my order number from a screenshot because their website no longer had my purchase which was the first red flag.

    Then when I finally received the bad news on the 12th of July that my chair: "From the video, it's clear that the chair tilts to the right when reclined. After thorough examination, we found that the constant friction between the right angle adjuster and the right seat during over a long period of time caused the seat to break, leading to the chair tilting to the right. This type of breakage is not covered under our warranty.The chair has a 5 year warranty and after the response I checked customer reviews and their site has ********* reviews which doesn't make any sense. I then checked ******* and Reddit and there lies the true history. There are customers with the exact same issue with their chairs with pictures even. And they were all denied warranty like me.There has to something that we can do. There is no one to contact and talk to in person from the number on their website they do not answer the phones. And the emails are not responded to in a timely manner. They do not have a legit online instant messaging system.This company wreaks of warranty scam. Their box indicates ******* cycle testing for reclining which in no way anyone could do in less than a year especially someone like me that doesn't even use the recline feature.

    I purchased a chair from E-Win Racing without looking here first. They tried to solicit a "positive" review with the promise of extending my warranty. I'm glad I said no since there has bee no warranty to speak of since the purchase. I reached out about a broken base and they said the wheel I upgraded to caused the problem and it's not their issue. After i fixed that issue out of my own pocket the frame broke a few months later under normal use conditions. I reached out about this problem and they said "after our thorough assessment of the issue we will not cover it" I have not sent 2 emails trying to get more information on this and they are not answering the messages. When I looked on their website to see the reviews and write one they have over 900 5 start reviews with nothing less than that. It's upsetting that I was so naive about using them, but I hope this can help someone else avoid wasting their money.

    Purchased chair from E-win Racing (beginning of December) because they are built for bigger people. It was to be a Christmas gift. Spent $557.28. Chair arrived and box was mangled. Opened box and found out left armrest piece was broken. Contacted company and was told they would ship the replacement part immediately. Received tracking and part shipped. Part never arrived. Business claims Fed-Ex “lost” the package. Then i was told another part would ship after the first of the year……..that came and went. I checked back in in February. I was told they would be receiving the replacement part by the end of March. Checked back in and all that was asked was to provide the current address. So I did….and I haven’t heard or received anything since. Just send new email inquiring about the status today. Have heard nothing!

    We've been in touch with the customer about the damage to the armrest, which unfortunately occurred during FedEx's handling. The replacement left armrest is expected to be available by late May. As soon as it arrives, we will promptly ship the accessory to the customer. Additionally, to express our apologies for the wait and as a gesture of goodwill, we will provide a complimentary floor mat valued at $60 to the customer.

    I am rejecting this response because: I want to wait and see if what you claim you will be doing will actually happen.  I was only given 7 days to respond to this message and what the company claims to be doing will happen after 7 days from now.  So I would like this case to remain open till action actually happens and I have the armrest in hand.
