  After months of them telling me I had no coverage on my car, finally somebody saw I did purchase coverage. My vehicle was already in a body shop being repaired and I was told I couldn’t be reimbursed because they had to approve it first. They told me I had a warranty on my vehicle for everything to be covered, that was a lie. Then I asked if I could get an email showing the breakdown on what is covered and what’s not, they were unable to send me a copy. Paid $6000 for an extended warranty and got nothing out of it.

  THE ABSOLUTE WORST WARRANTY ON THIS PLANET. THEY PUT USED PARTS IN CARS, AND TAKE WEEKS TO GET THINGS APPROVED. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY AND A JOKE

  This company is a scam. They should not be allowed to operate. They will sell you a contract for warranty - which is purposely worded in a specific way that they will find a loophole to get out of paying for any claim. They have denied a claim to replace my engine, that crapped out on me after having had this car for two months. The previous owner neglected the car and this sketchy, scam artist company is refusing to pay for the replacement despite the fact that the previous owner neglected it and caused the engine failure, NOT ME. Do yourself a favor and don't ever pay for their warranty contracts. I will be bringing this story to the local news to be broadcasted for all of Toronto to see.

  MY MERCEDES BENS HAS BEEN AT ONTARIO MERCEDES BESZ FOR OVER 45 DAYS WAITING FOR RENASCENT PROTECTIONS FOR SOME STUPID EXCUSE OF HOLDING TYE COMPANY AT RANDOM while I am treated like shit at the dealer because they approve two repairs but DO NOT PROMISE PAYMENT. I purchase this pice of crap extended warranty at Nash Auto and every person I speak just keep giving a bunch of BS…. Please, please do not buy this warranty. SCAM, SCAM

  Terrible company. I canceled my warranty at the beginning of the year. I was told by my dealership that I would have to wait till the 10th for this company to cut the check for my warranty refund due to that being part of their billing cycle. I patiently waited until the 10th and then all the sudden, their system is down and they are impossible to get a hold of not only on my end, but my dealership could not get in contact with anyone either. My Dealership then gave me the direct number for this company, and when I called with questions regarding if they knew when their service would be back up, the woman laughed and said you know, I wish I could tell you , absolute terrible business will never purchase extended warranty through this company again left me feeling dumb and without any information whatsoever

  To say that I am absolutely LIVID would be an understatement! Our vehicle has been in the shop for over 2 and a half weeks (ready to be picked up) and when you call Renascent Protection Services you get an automated voice mail the they are dealing with a "system outage" and cannot process any claims in a timely manner! What kind of a fu*king I.T. department are they dealing with? When I finally did get through to an actual person I was again told that their systems were down. When questioned, they are rude and cannot give you an answer with regards to when their systems will be up and running! When I 've sent numerous e-mails, they are basically ignored with zero reply! Of course when I Googled this company (Renascent Protection Services) my stomach absolutely sank once I saw and read all of the negative reviews! How can a car dealership in good conscious even sell a consumer such a worthless product? How is this worthless company still in business? A class action lawsuit is definitely in order as this company needs to be SHUT DOWN!

  If I can give 0, I would. Horrible plan and pretty such like a scammer. Only want to take your money but not do anything for you. I called to cancel the policy but they pounced me around and insist in keeping my policy at a lower rate but did not listen to my request to cancel it. Run when you can.

  If I could rate this company with zero stars, I would. DO NOT GET AN EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH THIS COMPANY. They switch the wording around to make it easy to not pay for items that are covered. They do not pay for "seepage" but will pay for a leak. It has been a very frustrating ordeal. Needless to say, not only did my vehicle not get repaired, but I had to pay a thousand dollars of my money for the diagnostic fees.

  I have been calling, emailing, and sending in a hard copy for an auto repair claim through Triton Protection. Unfortunately Allegiance Administrators is the liaison between the contract holder (myself) and the extended warranty provider (Triton Protect). I have submitted this claim several times in the past month, and still have no reply or evidence that my claim is being processed. I am very unhappy with my extended warranty plan, Triton Protect, and Allegiance Administrators. I recommend avoiding these companies altogether.
