    I was just contacted by National Administrative ** and was initially told at the beginning of the phone call that they were Carshield and that they could offer me lower rates. I was then transferred over to a woman that wanted me to confirm if I was a homeowner and the current mileage of my vehicle. After she stated that Carshield was in the middle of a lawsuit and they could offer me a better rate. Once I stated that the woman I previously spoke to before being transferred told me I was talking to Carshield she said that she didn't know I was told that. When I asked if I was actually talking to Carshield I was told no, then she still proceeded to ask me my information. Upon asking for the company name that I was speaking to and phone number so I could research the company, she quickly ended the phone call by saying they would call me back at a later time. They definitely try to use fast talking to confuse you for your information to Scam you. Be cautious when you are contacted by this company. Do not hive them any information until you have researched them and read reviews.

    A person called me on the phone to tell me about this plan. She said I needed to change over to them because the plan that i have now is being sued for a million dollars. My husband and I got to talking about it and said that's no big deal. I received this booklet in the mail about the coverage. I decided I would stay where I was at. I call this company to find out that I have to pay a $75 cancelation fee but was not about this fee at the time of signing up. I explained to the lady that I was senior citizen and on a fixed income and didn't have the money. She said that was company policy and she would send me a code to my email and I could call back with the code and pay the $75 and she would cancel it. I feel like I've been scammed! Help please!

    This is a horrible business to sign up with. A salesman will contact you ,promise low fees and great service.When you decide to cancel contract it is impossible to reach anyone on the phone. For your piece of mind do not sign up with this company.

    National Administrative Service Co., LLC is a third party administrator offering vehicle protection products to a network of non-affiliated sellers and does not offer any protection products direct to the consumer. As such, if the consumer wishes to contact **** we would happily direct the non-affiliated company which actually sold the protection plan to immediately process the consumer with the appropriate refund and cancellation.

    contacted the number and spoke to an operator who immediately identified me asked if I was the current owner of my vehicle. then transferred me to a salesman who attempted to control the conversation, as I asked for he company information I was told the company (Auto Services) has been in business for more then 30 yrs, he immediately reviewed what would be covered on my 2018 vehicle warranty and tried to convince me to start the plan with $99.00 up front .I continued to ask for the correct address of the company. he stated it was from CA, but based in ******, he became very aggressive about placing a deposit, which would give me an opportunity to review the contract for 30 days , then cancel if I was not satisfied., I informed him I would talk to the wife and stated I would call him back in a few hours.After calling back, another person answered, I again asked for for the correct name and address of the company , I was then transferred to female who became very rude and said if I did not accept the warranty in in my initial contact I would not have another opportunity, when asked for the name and address of company she hung up.... SCAM SCAM .SCAM....

We do not sell directly to consumers, so whoever is calling and/or mailing you letters, is not National Administrative Service Co., LLC. There are many unethical companies using other companies' names and logo to sell products. At National Administrative Service Co., LLC, we do not have a product that we sell, as we only administer motor vehicle service contracts and strive for excellent customer service .

    every 5* review is by an employee of this company. they use the same wording and cadence for their reviews. this company should be ashamed of itself. I wasted over 30 minutes of their "reps" **** for their scam call and the person was personally insulting and beyond annoying trying to demean me to get me to send them money. this company is a complete scam and anyone that calls you without your asking is a scam. I would leave this company negative 5 stars if I could.
