Its been a month & cans that WERE NEVER AUTHORIZED to be placed on my property still here. Customer service is no better. Called to speak to CEO, was told he doesn't talk to customers. Of course not. Reported to BBB t get didn't care. Told them I'd seek legal actions. Didn't care either. Finally called county and they picked them up. Disgusting company. And I don't even have them as a service provider! I hope they go bankrupt. They DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS! Horrible is being kind.Kimble Recycling & Disposal, Inc.

We have reviewed your account and found that ********* Township contracted with Kimble that all residents were going to go thru Kimble for trash removal services. We sent notification to all customers the week of March 16th notifying the residents of the new contract. We did not receive the approval from the city to update your account until March 28 which was after the carts were delivered. Our container team is working in the contracted area to get the final deliveries and removals done as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding. I’m not a Kimble customer but I want to give some feedback on their crew that services Twinbeech Road in Bridgeport, Ohio. I know their job is very important and I respect what they do but it is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE to park their trucks in the middle of the road to prevent any cars from passing. There are MANY school aged children on this road who have limited time to get their kids home to change and get them back to school for practices. Their driver parks in the middle of the road playing on his cell phone completely oblivious to anyone around! Their truck also wouldn’t move over to allow a government postal service vehicle to get by. The poor woman had to drive in someone’s yard down over the hill just to get around!! Canceled my trash October 1 2024 asked how long to pick up cans they said 6 to 8 weeks and if I get rid of them I would be charged 100 per can they did finely pick up cans 6 months laterKimble Recycling & Disposal, Inc.

ONLY thing you can rely on this "family owned company" to be able to follow through with is running your card info to get money out of your account. That service they can provide on time! Don't expect your trash to be picked up on your scheduled pick up date. Don't EVER expect to call customer service and get an answer. I've been waiting for 9 weeks to recieve a trashcan. A TRASHCAN. I've called multiple times. Even spoke with a "supervisor" who was to get with their manager and call me back with the date Im getting the can. Well that was a week ago (3/4) and still no phone call returned. But today 3/11 (trash pickup day is monday 3/10) I step out to say something at 5 am while their employee is staring at the trash ripped apart across my yard since I dont have a trashcan to keep animals away or my trash even just, you know, contained. Even they are trained to give the same run around answer of I'll put a note on the account. Yeah there already is one from last week. I haven't even complained over the phone about the WEEKS skipped and anywhere from a day to 6 days late trash pick up. All I want is a trash can. Mind you I started services 1/7. I live in a rural area and have no other option but Kimble. IF YOU CANT PROVIDE SERVICES GIVE PEOPLE MONEY BACK! OR LET NEW CUSTOMERS KNOW YOUR COMPANY CANNOT PROVIDE PROPER SERVICES!Kimble Recycling & Disposal, Inc.

We apologize Mr. ****** on the delay of the Kimble cart to your residence as well as the delays. I have reviewed your account and confirmed the Kimble cart was delivered on March 18th. The delays you are experiencing are due to the shortage of CDL drivers in your area. We are continuing to hire / train drivers for our routes, but this process does take time as we want them to be experienced and safe for the communities and those that reside in the communities as well as the driver. Set up service last week, and was told my trash would be picked up on Monday, never picked MINE up but picked up everyone else's around me! Called in, and was told they would send the driver back, never showed! Called back in, and then was told they will get it Tuesday, well it's Tuesday, and they never showed up! They make you pay 3 months in advance, and then not collect your trash! I'm ready to cancel, and want my refund, if it's not collected this week!! Ridiculous!! Absolutely the worst trash company I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Very inconsistent with pickup days and they have a million excuses as to why. They will not offer any type of credit or refund for their inconveniences. You are better off taking the trash to the junk yard yourself. Do not waste your money!Kimble Recycling & Disposal, Inc.

1 starTerrible customer service. They do not respond to customer contact via the website. Their employees dropped our can in the road after pick up on a snowy day and it was hit by a snow plow. After 2 weeks of no response from them, I called and was told I would have to pay $100 to replace the can that was damaged due to THEIR negligence.Review fromSharon D

1 starTired of trash not being picked up! Or wait one to two days to pick up trash only to be told we have been skipped this week due to weather. Sad thing is i went out at lunch on tuesday and seen a kimble truck at the ****** ******* around the corner and the roads were fine at that time! I get a regular bill but never a regular pick up! 1 starKimble is the WORST!!! They never come on the scheduled day for the City of *********. They have failed to empty my FULL recycle bin the last two pick ups even thought they took the boxes next the the bin. There is nothing in the bin preventing them from emptying it. I have called Customer Service twice. The one agent promised to get a driver out to empty the bin when they were on a route near my house.... never happened. The agent I spoke to today when I called to say I will have extra recycling out in bags and boxes due to the fact they have not emptied my bin in almost a month and she told me I cant use certain plastic bags to put the recycle in... these are blue bags designed for recycling i explained. She also said I need to break down and bundle all boxes... why should I do this when the bin should have been emptied and the ******/smaller boxes would go right into the bin?!? I asked for a credit on my bill, I was told no since Recycling is a "free" service with our trash service. I pay a lot of money to these idiots and they can't even do their job. They are on average 1-2 days late. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told none were there. I could leave a message and they would call me back in 48 hours. How is there no manager or supervisor available??? I have watched trash bags fall out of cans and drivers just keep going... I don't know how they are even still in business.Review fromCindy W

1 starWill not accept no stars. My check was cashed for 3 months of service on Dec. 31 for the first quarter of 2025. 2 weeks went by and our trash piled up with no pick up. I called and spoke to Kayla. First she spoke to the poor weather conditions until I pointed out that there were no weather issues the first week. Then she said they are very short on drivers and they “reserve the right to reschedule our pick up.” I questioned getting my money back since we had no pick ups in 2025 thus far. She stated if I check my statement (contract) it states that there are no refunds. I stated they are not fulfilling their end of that contract by picking up our trash and asked so does that mean I am denied a refund due to our contract and yet they do not have to fulfill there end of the deal and she said it would appear that is correct. After 15 days of no pick up we secured another company and cancelled our service. Again at cancellation I was notified there would be no refund. Not only is the service poor but the customer service was unacceptable as well. I feel it is obvious with all the complaints there are serious issues with Kimble delivering their end of the contract and they should be required to refund.
