      I called for a estimate for tree and brush removal on my property. They sent a crew to look at the extent of work. 2 days later I received an email quote for $ ******* I accepted by email. 3 months later the crew came worked about 7 hours on the brush and left . A few days later I received a invoice by mail of $ ******* They removed about 3/4 of brush and no trees. Its now 7 months , I told them I will not pay this. I receive this bill about every two months. They say this is their daily charge for the 2 man crew. Looks like deception practice a low ball estimate to get on job. Then charge as they like. I refuse to pay anything until all work is completed per their quote. Can you help?

      10.1.2024 BBB received phone call from Owen James stating that he billed consumer for one day of work 1295 plus tax = $1386.00. Owen stated he has not charged consumer for tree removal as that work has not been completed.

      I was not advised of a daily charge from them. The work they did was about 1/4 of the project which they quoted for $1495. They had to know the project couldn’t be done for amount quoted.if we go by their daily charge the project will come in over $5000. I want them to forget the one day charge , which I didn’t authorize , and quit bothering me,   Or own up to their estimate and do the work for quoted amount. Thanks for your help. **** *******
