    Very unprofessional and unproductive service visit. Brought my unit in for a Fantastic Fan not working, hoping they could diagnose the problem. Even though they are a "premier" DOMETIC dealer and warranty repair (as listed on the Dometic warranty page) did not do any diagnostic inquiries on the fan. Was just told they recommend to replace a less than 2 year old fan. Was also informed they did NOT do warranty work a direct quote "we sell Dometic products but don't repair them". With a parts quote of $450 plus 3-4 hours labor we opted to pick up our camper. Once home we noticed they did not even put the base plate of the fan on correctly. Which caused the vent lock to be bent. I guess I should be grateful they left all the extra screws and lock tab in a baggie for me to fix. I ended up paying $107 for an undiagnosed problem that was more screwed up than I left it. I'll not be returning and advise you think twice about your repairs.*
