    I had a good bit of work that needed to be done Tony gave me a fair price and got the work done that day. I have future work I need done and I will be contacting him again when I will need it done. Tony and his small crew made my yard look 10 times better.

    Tony and Sarah came in clutch once again! Several years ago, they were driving through my neighborhood picking some properties needing tree trimming and offering their services. After inspecting my oak and silver maple trees, he gave me a reasonable estimate. His work was fast, efficient, and he delivered on his promise, right on the spot! Today, I called Tony again because a huge branch from my hackberry tree fell into my neighbor's yard. He came to my rescue again, gave me a more than reasonable estimate, and even worked with me on that when my neighbor decided not to share any of the costs. Tony and Sarah have proven to be honest, trustworthy, and really skilled at their craft. I will 100% hire them and Big Wood Tree Service again. Another very happy customer! Thank you Tony and Sarah!

    Tony and his family trimmed one of our very old oak trees and now it looks amazing, The price was very reasonable and they all worked quickly and efficiently. They put back everything they moved and cleaned up the area extremely well. Tony was great.

    My husband contracted this company to take down two trees. One smaller one in the front yard, on large one in the back. It was a cash only deal that bothered me, but my husband was fine with it. The two trees were taken down ok. They fixed the fenced they broke, no problem. The bill was for the taking down and stump removal for both fallen trees. We paid Tony his money for the trees but held back his fee for stump removal. It’s a good thing! He was supposed to come at the end of the month. He didn’t show. My husband finally got a hold of Tony to see when he would complete the job per contract. He gave my husband a date….. no show again! My husband tried several times to reach Tony about the trump removal , but the calls all went to voice mail. My husband contacted another company for the stump removal.

    Not trustworthy; over promises, under delivers. Took payment and did not complete job. Misrepresented on business card that he is BBB accredited; also not true. Said he was when he gave me the card but that also was not true.

    Sorry the tree you had me take care of that was damaged by storm split out and you demanded that I come back and and do more work free when I recommended that it should be taken all the way down but you just wanted me to clean the storm damage from your property and after I did the job that you were satisfied with a couple days later more came out!! It’s not my fault that happened that’s why I recommended that it was removed completely sorry the tree broke again I spoke with you and said I would come out and give you another quote but I insisted it was my fault! I’m very truthful I just wish you were as well have a blessed day

    BIG Wood Tree Service- Reasonable rate. I did agreed to clean everything up for a reduced price. He stated that he would cut the tree in small size pieces that I can handle, A lot of it was left uncut. A pile of wood was left on my flower bed and around the fire hydrant, which I could have been fined for. He cut my internet wire while trimming my one tree. He did not tell me about it. I did not discover it until later in the evening. The service call to fix it was $100. The Cable person told me he had to have known due to the length of the wire. While at my house he stated several times if any damages occurred from cutting the tree down he would be responsible. I called and text him with no reply, giving him several days to respond. I should not have paid him until I looked at everything. I would not recommend him he is not a person of honesty and integrity. Paula S.

    This was the first I’ve heard of you not being happy with the work I performed I thought you were very happy especially when I did more work than we agreed with me and my crew went above and beyond what we were supposed to do I was hired to cut the tree and leave it where it lay but to help you out we loaded your truck and helped you out.. I never got a call or text from you.. I did everything I was supposed to do and more .. it was a huge tree and I’m sure you couldn’t lift the wood but I did what I was contracted to do AND MORE for free!!! Ps HONESTY AND INTEGRITY is at the top of my list for my customers. Have a blessed day
