    I've been traveling by RTA for well over 25 years and never have I experienced such false advertising concerning bus departure times. For example I catch bus #9 @ stop 3598 @ Gettysburg and Germantown North bound @ scheduled time of 10:24a.m. This bus never shows up but is scheduled as such, and once I've called RTA they can only tell me that that particular bus didn't go out that day. This causes a great inconvenience to me being that I have to be at certain work locations at specific times.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience our bus not arriving as scheduled has caused you. I know our apology or reason for the bus not arriving is not acceptable, but we do value you as a customer, and appreciate you providing us this feedback. Please know, we are working tirelessly to hire more drivers to ensure this does not occur, as on occasion we are not able to get buses out as scheduled if we do not have a driver available.
