Korrect Plumbing's labor charges are so outrageously high that they are immoral. Their rates are much higher than typical plumbing charges are. The technician works very slowly, which makes their bill even higher. Throughout our horrendous experience with Korrect Plumbing, their worker was cold and seemed uncaring, and didn't fully clean up from the repair. At the end of the job, they were very stern when collecting their bill -almost threatening in my opinion, saying what they might do if we didn't pay. We are an honest retired couple, not the criminals that they made us feel like. Unless you have a lot of disposable wealth and don't care how workers treat you, please do not subject yourself to this arrogant company. The fact that Correct is spelled improperly is an apt illustration of the character of their enterprise.

This is a surprising review - surprising to me as the owner of Korrect and also to our technician who provided the service yesterday. This does not represent how we do business - it's quite the opposite as you will read in other reviews. We have not received ANY direct communication from this customer about any of the claims indicated in the review - no emails or phone calls. We record all of our phone calls and we discussed our rates with this customer prior to service. The job was more difficult than the customer may have been expecting and probably more expensive but the work had to be completed. 5 starsWhen I called Korrect Plumbing at 7:30am about my non-heating hot water heater, their representative assured me a technician would be at my home that very day between 11 and 2. He arrived promptly at 11. Within a few minutes he relit the pilot light, cleaned a very dirty filter that was invisible to me, and the water has been hot ever since. I was using another plumbing company and regretfully spent a great deal of money with them. When I had issues with a special toilet they recommended, they said the plumber who needed to work on it was busy until Monday. (I originally called when it occurred Thursday evening.) I explained I was disabled and had no access to another toilet. Basically their response was "He's booked up until Monday, we can give you an appointment then." A friend told me to call Korrect. By now it was mid-afternoon on Friday but they said they would have someone out within the hour. 20 minutes later they arrived. I had been told by the other company to ask for a specific plumber because he knew how to fix the toilet. The Korrect plumber told me there was no special knowledge needed but said many companies did not train their employees thoroughly - he had to train for 3 years to meet Korrect's standards. Until then he always had an experienced plumber with him. He was professional, friendly, answered all my questions and gave me options to solve the problem. Then he got what I needed here in 30 minutes, fixed it, and cleaned up after himself. He even put on clean "booties" so he didn't track dirt in (it was raining). What a difference! He indicated this was how Korrect works and they don't leave a customer hanging until it's convenient for them to respond. You get old fashioned customer service. 5 starsI had an overall excellent experience with Korrect Plumbing — from friendly helpful staff handling phone/scheduling to the 5-star service call. After being highly disappointed w/ different company (**) that didn’t properly complete the job & then quoted a 5-digit repair estimate for work I didn’t need (incredibly incompetent & dishonest!), Korrect Plumbing helped restore my faith that there are still reputable companies out there that strive to provide high-quality professional service w/ integrity. The technician (Zach) arrived timely & was courteous, friendly & informative. He diligently labored (lugging around multiple pcs of heavy eqpmt) while efficiently & successfully clearing a mainline obstructed w/tree roots. Zach went above & beyond to get the job done well (& neatly), be helpful & answer my Q’s. Based on this initial service call, I’d highly recommend Korrect Plumbing & look forward to confirming my positive experience with future plumbing projects.Review fromPam P

I called Korrect inc to replace a stopper in my bathroom sink. When i spoke to the gentleman on the phone, i was not quoted a price. The service was not an emergency. The tech was at my house less than 20 minutes. I was getting ready to go to a funeral and asked the tech for the bill. He told me the company would bill me. When i got the bill several days later, it was for $198.00. I could not believe my eyes. You want $198.00 for a sink stopper, really!? I called Korrect and spoke with a gentleman, i was told, "prices are going up and you are paying for the minimum". I hope i will never have to use this company again. I read the other reviews and appreciate the comments, unfortunately my comment is not as delightful. I am very disappointed. Thanks for your feedback. Our service call is $149.00 for the travel to the job and up to 30 minutes of work plus any parts used. Plumbing service - and really any service you would need to hire out is expensive and the prices continue to climb like they have for just about everything these days. We do our best to have a good customer service team to answer the phones, highly trained technicians, and service vans stocked with repair parts so we can efficiently take care of customers - all those things cost money but lead to comments like "the tech did a wonderful job". I hope you don't need plumbing service again soon - but if you do - check around and you might find us more competitive than you think. Contact company for plumbing and HVAC air conditioning services. Plumbing corrected the problem instantly, than spent time and charging for the HVAC services scheduled on another date. Plumber failed to complete the plumbing job. HVAC person arrives with costly diagnoses of new ventiation system and movement of the Furnance, informing the work will take two or three days of tearing up walls and floors, and to get a window air conditioning unit. HVAC person left and then return to complete the corking that the plumber failed to complete, in which he states he completed his HVAC services and charged me for time he completed the plumbers forgotten work. Neither plumber nor HVAC providers check to see that the air condition unit was not kicking on! A second HVAC person diagnosed and corrected, a weather related blow fuse in the new air conditioning unit. Just with the furnance and present ventalation adquately heating whole the house doing let latter part of April and all of May 2022, the changed blown air condition fuse allows more than adequate cooling of my whole house. Korrect's Management, through e:mail exchanges, states he stands behind the fraudlent service of his company. In lieu of adjusting for the fraudlent billng, management tries to justify the company's poor workmanship, failed service, misrepresentation if required for more costly business service gains. Management has advised I take the actions I have informed in writing. This review of attempted "Consumer Fraud" for financial gain, BBB complaints, and now legal billing resolution, is only the foundation of addressing the horrid actions of this companyKorrect Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

I have given full credit towards this customer's invoices for the plumbing and HVAC services we provided. However, this review was undeserved. After we provided service, the first action of communication to us that the customer was dissatisfied with us was a 1 star google review - no email, no phone call, no opportunity for a discussion or a conversation about a resolution or even about the basis of our diagnosis. We did identify installation issues with the HVAC system and provided the technical specifications to back up our findings. The installation didn't meet our standard and we don't believe it will work properly - especially during the heating season. Our difference of opinion with another company doesn't mean we are fraudulent.
