      I can’t recommend DryMaxx Ohio enough! As a business owner in the Riverside/Dayton area, time is money—and when we had unexpected water damage at our facility, they were on-site the same day I called and immediately started the mitigation process. That kind of rapid response is rare, and it made all the difference. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. They handled everything with the insurance company on my behalf, which took a massive weight off my shoulders. On top of that, they brought in specialized teams for every phase of the project—water mitigation, demolition, flooring, construction, painting, and even post-project cleanup. Each crew was professional, efficient, and clearly knew their stuff. What really stood out to me was how responsive they were. Anytime I had a question or concern, someone got back to me within 30 minutes—no exceptions. That level of communication and accountability is rare these days. Honestly, it feels like there’s nothing they can’t do. No matter what came up during the renovation, they had a solution and handled it flawlessly. Thanks to DryMaxx, our space looks better than it did before the damage. If you need restoration or renovation work done right—and fast—these are the people to call.

      Drymaxx Ohio was awesome! The crew had great attitudes, They kept us in the loop the whole time, and their work was top-notch. Super easy to work with and really knew their stuff. Couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!

      DryMaxxOhio did a great job repairing the water damage in the basement. Mike made all the right calls to solve the problem, and the crew did a great job in a timely manner. Excellent customer service, and the space now looks “new and improved”.

      We had a week long waterline leak when we went out of town during Christmas for a funeral. Came back to a sauna in the whole house. Drymaxx quickly came out after I called. Charlie went through all of the options and had a detailed plan. Charlie got his guys out to remediate and got rid of all the moisture and mold with no issues. Thanks again! Very much appreciated. 100% recommend.

      Outstanding service! They showed up everyday on time and completed the job quickly! Charlie, our product manager went over and above the call of duty consistently! He deserves a huge raise! There were a couple of touch ups needed which they completed quickly and made sure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend this company for fast, efficient service and remediation ??!

      Our first interaction with DryMaxx was last year after a substantial basement flood. Their team was stellar then and have recently reiterated my absolute appreciation for their quality of work and accommodation. We decided to reach out to them on a whim for a complete bathroom remodel. They came in thousands of dollars under our other quotes and still managed to go above and beyond. They helped our vision become a reality with plenty of helpful suggestions and options for us along the way. They stayed on budget and the end result far exceeded our expectations. Not to mention the whole team is not only talented but actually nice to interact with and very attentive. They never got irritated or annoyed at my many, many questions. I cannot recommend them enough for insurance work or regular home renovations. They will always be our first call.
