    The store charged my wife $0.59 (after a discount) per “page” for a color copy. However, the pages were front & back. So, we were actually charged $1.18 per sheet of paper (on 20lb paper no less!). The binding was the cheap plastic binding with no protective cover for $9.99! When I spoke to the manager/owner over the phone, she was extremely rude and just continued to repeat herself, instead of trying to work with me. I tried offering advice, but she didn’t want to hear it. I went into the store to talk to her in person. She continued to simply repeat herself over and over. In the end, she finally offered to refund the binding. However, that was only $17 (after the $3 discount she offered my wife) off the original $147 total. I could have purchased an entire box of ink and a ream of paper to print this product on my own printer for less! If you have copies to make, go to another UPS store (Englewood quoted me $48 for what this store charged me $147, after discount).

    Michael, We are still very sorry about your experience and the miscommunication that happened with this transaction. We did give the price of each individual item before we printed the document ($0.69 per color copy, $9.99 per book bind). Our color copies are $0.69 per copy, so a double-sided page is considered 2 copies. The document you provided to us was 120 pages, and you requested 2 copies of the document, which is why your receipt says you have 240 copies. We did give you our 15% AAA discount and then refunded the cost of the comb binding. We are very sorry that this was miscommunicated and hope we can help you with future printing needs.
