    Inspected my home on May 2022 (charging full price to 2 diff. cust. w/in months of each other). Later, I received a final water bill of just over $1,000.00. Mike S***** inspected 3/16/22 and listed basement toilet inoperable. The water to toilet had been shut off for years. Travis W*** then inspected on 5/6, and listed toilet runs after flushing (basement bathroom). Mike S***** had already listed such (same company). House was unoccupied/empty since January. The only way for Webb to have known the toilet runs would have been for him to turn the water on and neglect to turn it back off. Subsequently, the final water bill, far out of the normal range for a 4-month period (they bill quarterly), resulted from said running toilet. W*** claims it must be a coincidence the water meter began to tick up at just that time beginning to mid-May. W*** asked me if I had the toilet fixed after his inspection; I had not because I rightfully assumed that he would have had to turn on the water to know that the toilet was running and that he would have turned it back off as a professional home inspector would. Toilet had already been disclosed and the market allowed for minor to moderate repairs. I contacted W***. We spoke twice, the last time he told me he would talk to his boss (Mike S*****) and would call me back with a resolution. Spoke with S*****, who promised to call me back but never did. I reached out and left messages several more times and have not heard anything.
