The manager of this company does not take pride in his job and is non-communicative. I had initially hired them to do a job that was an insurance claim and at first they were all about doing it right away. I explain to them that I wanted to hold off for a few months due to some medical reasons, they seem to be OK with that but they wanted the money upfront. I explain to them that I was not comfortable with that and I would sign a contract but wait for the deposit once we schedule the date. I reached back out early October to set up another consultation day to finalize the project but unfortunately I was unable to make this due to a family death. I attempted to reach out to them multiple times via text, email, or phone with no return return communication at all. It finally took me doing a review to even get a callback from the owner of the company. The manager of this company does not care about your personal situations that you have going on in your life the only thing you care about, is getting their hands on the money. So here I am having to scramble and find someone new to finish the repairs because this company was negligent and fulfilling the job. Please consider using another company who takes pride in their work, and considers all circumstances involve.

I wrote a review about the initial work done by this company. I have had them come back out for a few minor things. In my first review, I focused on what they did wrong, but I have decided that the work depends on the workers you get. John and Aaron have been out to my house to repair some things other workers completed. I am convinced that if they had been doing all the work my experience would have been very different. They know what they are doing!! They are hard workers and take no shortcuts. If all the workers were like these two guys I would totally recommend this company. Unfortunately, there are other workers that need to be watched over, but if you hire this company and are able to have the work done by this team, John and Aaron, you can trust them. They are a great team! Thank you, guys!

Service Master by Angler did the rebuild on my house after a fire. The first hint that things were not good was when the contractor gave me the blueprints for the kitchen. The cabinets according to the blueprints would not fit in my kitchen. When I pointed that out he admitted he had not measured the kitchen. They basically had to redo everything they did. If I hadn't been raised by a carpenter with two brothers who were builders I might not have known what to look for. They replaced the fireproof backer board behind the stove with sheetrock. When I had them change it, I discovered they had closed an outside wall without any insulation. The upper cabinets were angled toward the floor, when they took them down they discovered that the first cabinet had only been secured to the wall at the bottom of the cabinet, it was leaning away from the wall at the top. That made all the rest of the cabinets angle toward the floor. The backsplash looked like a child had put it up. I didn't even have to ask them about removing it. When the contractor saw it, he told them to take it down. That's when it was discovered that they had left live, uncapped electric wires in the wall...a real fire hazard! They connected the vent hood pipe with regular duck tape. I took a picture and took it to the building department and that's when I learned that 9 months into the rebuild they had never pulled any building permits. Nothing had been inspected. I got the building permits and had the house inspected. There was a long list of code violations. They had even removed the GFSI outlets from around the sink and replaced them with regular outlets. They stole tools from my garage. When I complained to the boss, the contractor told me to stop tattling and suggested I go out and cut my grass. There were many other incidents. In the end, under threat of a lawsuit, they fixed things, but it wasn't worth my health and a year in a motel room. The fire was on 12/31/2020. I moved home on 1/14/2022.
