    Unique Decks of Dayton demolished and rebuilt our deck. Our completed deck was done with great skill, respect for our property, and on time and budget. We love our new deck and would highly recommend Unique Decks of Dayton.

    Our experience with Jeff and his crew was outstanding. They worked in the cold days to complete the job and we could not be more pleased with the results. Jeff designed a unique storage area underneath the bench on our deck to accommodate my request for storage and it works perfectly. We would highly recommend Unique Decks of Dayton! No need to look further for a decking company!

    Thank you to Unique Decks of Dayton! I'm a teacher in the Kettering area and Jeff F***** has been sending us recycled wood from his deck tear-outs. I work with students in a gardening program and we have been able to turn the recycled wood into flower boxes and this year our construction trades students built us cold frames for our raised beds.     Wow! Top marks for Jeff, Mike & Jessie of Unique Decks of Dayton resurfacing my 10-year-old, 500 sq. ft. wood deck. They repaired the understructure, then meticulously installed beautiful Timber Tech composite. Can't say enough about their attention to detail. Outstanding craftsmen! Great listeners, very easy to work with, reasonable price. I would hire them again any time.

    Look no further for a company to build your deck! Jeff and his crew were great to work with. Prompt responses to any and all questions and concerns. Jeff went over everything in detail with us in person. Excellent and quality craftsmanship with great attention to detail. They do one project at a time which makes for a fantastic experience. We love our deck!

    Our deck was just finished yesterday. It is beautiful. Jeff the owner was very efficient and knowledgeable, He and his workers were very pleasant to be around and work with. They have a great gift in workmanship and attention to detail. They want to make the customer happy. I always dread getting new projects started but this experience was a joy. Unique Decks of Dayton is the place to go.

    I suggest you have Unique Decks build your deck! Jeff and his crew are skilled, professional, friendly, and built a well-crafted, solid deck that is beautiful. Their pricing is fair and allowed us to get the composite deck we really wanted! They were easy to work with and pleasant to have working on our property. Nice people! The biggest difference I see with this company versus other options comes down to this: The actual owner and his skilled crew are doing the work. Work that they have experience in and have specialized in. Decks! Pick this company. You will be glad you did not no with some one-horse handyman or some over-priced corporate franchise who sends a slick salesperson out to quote you and then sends a couple inexperienced installers who are hourly to do the work! Been there --and will not do that again. Unique Decks gave me a deck I love and am proud of.

    Unique Decks of Dayton did a fantastic job on our 13‘ x 10‘ deck. Jeff and his team were always on time and even worked through lunch to ensure our deck was completed before the heavy rains came.     Jeff and his team did an incredible job on our deck! It turned out fantastic and we love spending time with friends and family outside. What makes this deck unique is that it's the first steel framed deck in the region! As the inspector said, "this thing isn't going anywhere...ever!" We are excited to have a deck that will truly last a lifetime. The steel framing product was also used on the Pergola and we couldn't be happier with how the privacy wall turned out. Couldn't be happier with the service and craftsmanship!
