      This company has laundry machines in my apartment complex but to use their machines you have to put money onto a laundry card. I put $5 on my laundry card and it was never added to my card. I have called the company numerous times and the owner of the company has never returned my call

      I have used there laundry service in our apartment building which is hud and it’s for one over priced and I have had my card ate by the machine and second before that I have put over $100 of dollars on the card in months and it’s disappeared out of no where I wrote down how much is left and some times I have only used the dryer I have hand washed some items so I couldn’t have lost the money or used it and then the washers and dryers on my floor have had many problems I have lost money over $40 and I called no response or even contact to fix the problem or the fact of my card getting ate by the machine now I am barrowing one from a friend who is his extra card and now I don’t have money to continue buying services which aren’t being addressed card being ate by machine and my money back and what happened to the money that was on my card it’s like it disappeared and I would roughly say I lost in 3 months of time $60 I am jot to happy I don’t know what kind of pyramid scheme these people are running but I live on a fixed income I don’t got money for that I wish I could I don’t and you barely can do 6 loads of laundry a month normal people wash bedding which is 2 loads and 2 loads of darks and lights and if you have lots of whites then add that a month that is lots of money these people are profiting off social security income based people that is sad and most disgusting and stealing the money off the little they can do is ridiculous and actually theft and should be accountable honestly we have lots of people having bed big problems here again due to the fact they can’t wash here like they need to most can’t afford to take out or have them do there laundry elsewhere they have no way plus most in wheelchairs holding them in us lot of work so this needs to be taking seriously and I like to have my card replaced free snd money back on it I lost from machines abd the money was stold off my card I didn’t use so they are responsible I am hoping we can. Get this rectified
