    I ordered a shipping container from this company conex express middle February 2023 .I used my credit card they said they would call with delivery in a couple of days.No body called 4 days later I called them the lady said she would have them call 2 more times when I called the lady said she have them call.the next 2 times no one answered phone.when text no reply.I gave them a week turned it over to my credit card company.They said I have collect it myself.I texted the company that federal law says they have 30 days to deliver if they don’t they have canceled and have to return my money.They did answer that text with have a nice day.then they blocked me .They don’t think they have to give deliver or give my money back.Block my text don’t answer phone.do hope try to deliver it my yard is posted .it has been 5 months

    Still haven't received my refund it's been 31 working days! Their office told me 7to 10 working days! Won't answer phone when called!

    We purchased and were charged in March and never received our container. Still waiting on getting our money back. We were told money was hung up in QuickBooks. Filed a fraudulent complaint with our bank and we are awaiting a response. If we don’t get our money back will get legal counsel.

    No stars for me, Duane the owner says he will come out to fix the hole in the container but never shows up. He says he can’t keep employee’s. Not a surprise to me. If he treats his employee’s the way he does his customers it’s not a surprise that no one will work for him. I have been waiting since 10/22 to get the repair done. Maybe he needs to do the job himself if he can’t get people to work for him.

    We will get to you here soon . yes I have had a hard time keeping employees Due to people not wanting to work or due to them not being comfortable hauling a big trailer. I have actually been out doing this job by myself running out of 4 depots and trying to make everyone happy and I'm going to tell you it's very hard. I asked you to temporarily fill the hole with silicone until I could make it out there and trust me I'm trying very hard. we will be getting ahold of you soon to get this resolved

    Warning ?????????? Liars...tell you they'll deliver on Saturday Then don't show up then tell you don't deliver on Saturday One employee tells you one thing another employee tells complete opposite! Scam company Research before using this company!

    I purchased a 40 foot container back on 3/14/23 by credit card of course and received an invoice from Conex Express stating delivery within 2-3 weeks. Yesterday 4/12/23 I contacted them regarding delivery date of the container and they stated they can't delivery the purchased container because my money was tight up in Quick Books, really! I requested a refund and that seems to be a problem as well for them, so I have disputed the credit card charges with my bank. Totally unacceptable!!!! They do not deserve even one star.

    We, Brechbuhler Scales, Inc. in Nitro, WV, ordered and paid for a 40' container on March 2, 2023. Conex Express has been very professional throughout the process and are planning to deliver to us this week!

    Ordered two 20' containers that needed to be delivered a four hour drive away. I received constant communication about delivery. The delivery itself was a little rough but thorough. I would use their service again. Nice guys!

    Total scam, salesman Gilbert committed to deliver a container on a Saturday, if I paid immediately to get on the schedule, I did. Called the Friday before and they informed me they don’t deliver on Saturdays, must have been “a misunderstanding”. Called them every day for a week, refused to give me a delivery date. No one could answer a question on a firm delivery date. Requested a refund, was laughed at, and told “that will take a while”. Had to issue a fraud transaction with my bank.
