    If I could give a zero star I would. I just tried to set up a business account for fingerprints to do business with this company, and after being bounced around to 5 (five) different people, I was told in the end they don't want my business since I would only do 5 - 10 fingerprint cards per year. AVOID THIS PLACE! Horrible customer service...

    Horrible website, phone tree and non-responsive (maybe non-existent) customer/tech support. Phone tree drives you to the website which is impossible to log in to for scheduling. It sends you a code, which works only to verify your email. After that, it asks for the code, which no longer works. Only option for support is to leave a message. Never got a call back. Other options (i.e.”Press # to return to the previous menu”) result in the call being disconnected or getting a “that option is not recognized” response. Horrible.

    My fingerprints were sent to the wrong location. Now they want me to pay for new fingerprints. I called too may times to remember how many. No one answers the phone calls, I got disconnected several times and no response to email. No customer service whatsoever!

    AWFUL DO NOT USE !!!!! They took my prints and didnt send them to the right Agency. Employee didnt have a clue what he was doing. Now the prints are void and they wont refund me! They wont answer or callback and only respond with short e-mails saying they wont refund me. They are incompetent at best and ripped me off!! BE WARNED

    rude and don't answer Questions or listen to your needs in anyway, very hard to deal with stern and rude. we just wanted to ask if our information was right to where ist was to be sent and was told they dont give answers and if it was on the website thats where its going and nothing more. it's very important to make sure it goes to the right place and has to sent to the att of but I was just ignored... so Im here waiting with my job hanging in blowing in the wind... I guess bad manners wins the day there... there the only place in town so I guess they can and do act this way.
