I paid Clog doc $10,461.50 to install plumbing for my salon! The work that was completed wasn’t done correctly, I’ve been experiencing issues with water pressure, leaks, sewage contamination , also there’s dirt and rocks debris in the water lines. I contacted Several employees of the company to have someone inspect the work and no one has responded in over 3 months. I have left numerous emails, texts messages, voicemails, etc and no one is responding. Also as part of my work order I was supposed to receive permits from the county which I’ve never received!!

    Good evening,

Before I respond, I would like to have the opportunity to review the issues in person.

I spoke to ******* and **** this afternoon and we agreed to stop over tomorrow in order to understand and resolve the conditions that they are describing.

    Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: I feel as if I am being bribed! No accountable has been acknowledged, this matter is bigger than, just your company's poor communication, and if you believe that is all your at fault for then I shall proceed to let the BBB decide what’s right! If the work was initially completed correctly, there would not be a need for any of this. I was forced to pay extra money out of pocket to cover additional expenses and repairs after your company did a faulty job and was paid 100%, and then ignored me repeatedly over the past 3 months when I complained of the issues that arose. My business wasn’t able to operate properly due to the issues with the plumbing causing me to lose money! I would like to be compensated 25% ($2,615.37) of what I paid for the work that amounted to $10,461.50. I feel that this amount is fair and it doesn’t include money I’ve paid in addition to what I’ve paid your company.

I am rejecting this response because: I will include a statement explaining my reasoning for rejecting this response as well as videos from the altercation that took place on February 13 2024 between ********* and my fiancé ****.

    Hello,

In case ******* and **** forgot,  they did confirm an appointment at 10am on February 13th.

When **** didn't show up, I sent this selfie of Francisco and I waiting for him.  He called immediately and apologized by saying that he's driving over immediately.

The video camera should prove when he finally arrived (no earlier than 10:30am).

How could anyone win?     It's either I don't show up nor  return messages or I sit and wait for ******* and **** and get blamed for showing up without an appointment.

Can we please let the BBB settle this so we can move forward.  Thank you.

    Good evening,

I don't have additional material to add.

However, I did view the screenshots that the customer enclosed but I have not seen the altercation video.   If an actual video has been uploaded, then we would like to view it from the moment I arrived (10AM), until ****'s arrival (around 10:30am?).  Then please show Francisco testing the water pressure in-front of ****, then me chasing **** around the salon begging him to let me speak......    Then include the section where Francisco returns with parts to make a connection between our water lines and the chair.

Please show the ENTIRE video - From Start to Finish with Sound.     Freezing individual frames within a video (like the ones with me stretching my arms and Francisco texting), don't seem like strong evidence of an altercation or proving we are at fault for plumbing work.  The spoken statements I'm being accused of making, are false and an audible video would easily prove that.  I don't use this type of language or vocabulary.

Would the BBB please settle this case as it's clear both parties don't have additional relevant information.

On our end, we affirm that we will respect and abide by BBB's decision and hope that customer would do the same.   For us, any verdict (whether favorable or not), must include mutual release and an acknowledgement that both parties must abstain from posting negative publicity against each other AFTER BBB's decision is announced.   The Beauty Salon and ClogDoc agreed to have the BBB adjudicate this case, so neither party should be allowed to defame or damage the reputation of the other, once this case is settled.

    Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. We are going to agree to disagree and let this be a lesson learned on both ends.
