Today my therapist opened a brand new one received a few weeks ago and the item provided ro help with putting on the stocking was missing. When we put it on as we so at therapy, they would not stay up meaning that the elastic/velcro was bad. Company has refused to replace.

Here at Juzo we pride ourselves on providing quality compression products.  We are very sorry to hear that the stockings you recently purchased did not work for you.    Since we are the manufacturer and the stockings were not purchased from us we cannot issue a direct credit or replacement.  However, if you would please provide us with the name/location of the DME retailer you purchased the stockings from, we would be happy to reach out on your behalf to work together to assure you receive stockings that work for you, as well as the slippie to help with donning the stockings.   Thank you so much for choosing Juzo for your compression therapy needs, we appreciate and value your support.

I am rejecting this response because:
Saying they are reaching out on a product that is almost 100$ is like saying fly a kite.  It was purchased by Hope Masectomy Boutique in Pembroke Pines.  I seem to.surmise that nowadays the only way to get companies to be receptive to taking care of their.poor products is to use Google reviews, Amazon reviews and social media.  This is a joke with a big ex use of blaming another entity for a bad product.

We have already reached out to Hope Boutique and are happy to hear that a new fitting has been scheduled.  Please be assured that we will work with Hope Boutique to help resolve the issue you are having with the Juzo stockings you received.

The Juzo Soft line is supposed to contain more elastic material than the basics line, hence the increased price. They were the most effective garments I found that were actually comfortable. My original comfortable tights list a composition of 56% polyamide and 44% elastane. I recently ordered 4 more pairs of Juzo Soft pantyhose only to notice they are much stiffer and rougher to the touch. The new tags list 65% polyamide and 35% elastane. This composition is identical to the composition of the "Juzo Basics" that I bought last year to compare with the Soft. I paid a lot more money for tights that are less comfortable and composed the same way as the basic tights. Why is this material change not specified on your website or on your packaging, and why are you charging the same price for a clearly inferior product? I am currently exploring my options to get a refund of the difference in price between the basics and the soft line, and I would like an explanation around the change in materials.

    Response to Complaint ********-*****

We are sorry to hear that **** **** is not satisfied with her Juzo garments.  In reference to the claim of a difference in material content issue being stated, there have not been any changes to the material construction for either of the products in question.  However, if a different style, form or compression class was previously purchased, the material content percentages may vary slightly.   We offer a variety of styles, compression classes, etc. in both products.
There is a distinct difference in core construction of the two garments in question.  The Juzo Basic stockings are produced with an uncovered core compression thread, making them more sheer but also a more economical option.  The Juzo Soft has twice spun covered compression threads providing higher quality, increased wearing comfort and durability.
Since we are the manufacturer and the products were not directly purchased from us, we are unable to issue the requested refund, nor do we have enough information to evaluate further.  Any returns/refunds need to be requested from the retailer/point of purchase.  Per the screen shot attached to the complaint, the products in question were purchased from a company called compressionhealth.com.  We recommend that **** **** contact compressionhealth.com to request a refund.  It looks like compressionhealth.com also offers a self-service returns option thru their website. Or, we would be happy to reach out to compressionthealth.com on **** ****’s behalf in this regard.
