      We were lied to from the start of the sell. We had a sales *** come to our house, and he was great let me tell you. But, it's been lies. After a few months of having products we were already having issues. I was already frustrated that we were scammed basically told them I wanted my money back. Not all but pro-rate. I wasn't paying that kind of money for something that wasn't working and damaged our appliances with spots.They lady I spoke with was rude for one. She said that they would send a ***air person out. That associate came out basically added a useless part. Told us he was quiting this job for the very reason I'm filing. They hype the product up then he's left trying to appease the customer with nonsense ***airs. This product is useless and very time consuming. I want this entire product removed and reimbursement.

      I am sorry that the customer feels that the product is not working properly.  We have reached out to ****** a couple of times, but have not heard back.  ********** Manager did speak with ******** husband but he asked that we speak with ****** directly.  We will wait a couple of days to hear from ******, and will reach out again if we have not yet connected.  I plan to send my manager out to the Albrights home to check out the system and make sure that it is working properly once we have approval from the customer.

      I would like to share my pain with another customer about pathetic customer service once you buy a product and have issues with the product. I called Pure H2 (Cincinnati, Ohio Location) for yearly service maintenance and they changed 3 filters for a year-old product; after filter replacement of 3 or 4 months, the water quality was similar to the Tap water. I called the Pure H2 service guy who came two times but the issue still remains the same and they will say the next appointment is after two or 3 days. Service providers do not care if the customer is going with the continuous issues, or buying water from outside, they will follow their timeline to come, even though they will not give a follow-up appointment to make sure the customer issue has been resolved or not. However, if you are a new customer and ask for a free water quality check then appointments are available immediately.

      Customer service is a priority at Pure H2O. The service technicians do set their schedule a week in advance, to accommodate the best available times for customers. That can sometimes mean service calls cannot be made the same day. After installation quality checks are performed by a different department, with different scheduling availability. This customer was upset they could not get a same-day, Friday, appointment. Although he was scheduled for the following Monday, after a cancellation, we were able to attend to the customer's issue the same day, and brought a case of water to replace what was bought. We apologize for the inconvenience, and understand the frustration of not having quality water available. The source of the problem was the home’s water pressure, not the RainSoft equipment that was installed. Currently, the service technicians are working with the customer to ensure optimum water quality is restored after servicing the equipment and the water pressure was corrected.
