    I have saved my review for this moment here. *****, who apparently wears many hats in life & at ********* came to our home a couple of times before we decided to go with them. He told us how great the system is. ***** also said, "It has a lifetime warranty & if anything goes wrong, we will come out and fix it for free." The only thing you pay for are the replacement filters." I looked for reviews but couldn't really find any about the company. We decided to go ahead and get our whole home water filtration system. We also bought a counterop water filter. ***** dropped off the countertop water filter himself. He brought it inside. I asked for the box, and he said, "I don't have it, but I went ahead and primed it for you." I then took it apart to clean it. The water in it was old and slimy. The unit had mold in it. ***** brought me a HIS used countertop water filter. I told him I wanted a new one. He did give me a new one. ***** lied about many more things but on to today's issue. My floor is wet, and the unit is leaking. I reach out to good ol' Jer and he said "I will have the technician reach out." Well, it wasn't the technician but "**** from Pure Aqua." (**** is actually Jerrys girlfriend) She's going to get me on the schedule for $150 service call & $50 an hour. Thats not what ***** told me before installation. ***** has lied about everything up to this point. ***** said, "The unit has a lifetime warranty." If anything goes wrong, we will fix it for free." So I told **** that I'm not paying for something ***** said would be free because they "have that much faith & trust in their filtration system." So I tell her all of the lies ***** has told me with picture proof. **** went to bat for *****. Thats when I realized **** is Jerrys Girlfriend. Ive asked for the person over ***** & zero response I don't mind paying for a service, but I'm not paying for something that I was told was covered and I wouldn't have to pay for.
