I ordered MounjaBurn 2.0 on December 12 as a gift. My total for 6 bottles was $321.20. My order #*****. There was a 100%, 60 day full refund policy. Before I even received my order, my husband told me he didn't want to try this. After searching, I finally found a phone number for customer service, which is ************. She assigned me a RA#********. She also gave me a shipping address of P.O. ******************************************************. My first attempt at calling the representative was very short and tried to get me to accept half of the refund and I could keep the product. I informed her I wanted a full refund. She told me I would have to pay for the shipping and a 10% restocking fee. She also said to get a tracking number. I received the product on Dec 28th, however, I only received 3 bottles and I ordered 6. I immediately went to *** to ship the product back. I was given a tracking number **********************. *** informed me they would send it to **** to be delivered. The cost of shipping was $20.82. I called back to get an email to send the pics of my product I received and was given 3 bogus emails. When I searched further I found that they would give 100% refund and cover shipping. They are denying everything and won't respond to emails. I have all emails plus a recorded phone call.

They have since refunded me the money owed. So no further action needs to be taken.

    Thank you,
