      I do not recommend this company. Do not use for digitizing old photos, especially. They also do not do the digitizing in Columbus, FYI, they drive them up to their Cleveland store. I spent almost $2000 with them having hundreds of old family photos converted to digital images. When they were finally done, I picked up my boxes, and I was told that they found some old negatives inside one of the boxes that looked to be from the 1940's to the 1960's. They asked if I wanted to have them done as well. I said yes. That was almost a year ago. They lost the negatives, and they refuse to call me back about them. They are simply ignoring me at this point. I am honestly considering filing a small claims court case against them, as it seems that's the only way I will get any sort of resolution from them.
