    I recently took my pet to ****** in ****************, and it was a nightmare. I arrived, parked by a trashcan, and a valet approached, asking me to pull up and give him my keys. Reluctantly, I agreed, though I usually dont let anyone drive my car. He then parked my brand-new 2025 vehicle (under ***** miles) and curbed my rim. I watched but stayed quiet. When a staff member came in, I spoke up. She promised to tell the manager. After waiting, I couldnt find my keysthey had misplaced them. I finally spoke to the owner, who was rude and unprofessional. He refused to replace the rim, insisting hed fix it. I told him I needed an alignment, but he denied it. After some back-and-forth, he agreed to schedule a wheel medic for the rim. You cant damage someones property and expect them to be okay with it, especially a brand-new car. I never wanted anyone to park my car, and now Im dealing with the consequences. This business should take responsibility for their actions.
