    Sold me a car with an entire failing front suspension after telling me at sale that car had just been from mechanic and had new everything. Refused to help fix car. Had car for 1 month before was unable to drive. Refused to process trade in because I left a bad ****** review. I have been asking could they please mail me the title to the car for the last 2 months so I could have it registered. I cannot drive the car as it needed 5k in repairs and i am still paying to have it repaired. I cannot physically drive the car to get the title. they Refuse to mail my title after ive begged numerous times.

    We have attached a copy of the memorandum title.  The title will be mailed out to the customer by US Mail on 1/8/25.  We hold all titles for consumers in our office for pick up due to the amount of returned mail we have received in the past.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

    - Bought a car - Was lied to every step of the way - They refuse to send the title even though my only request was that I need the title asap - They are potentially committing identity theft - Contemplating legal action. None taken yet since I need the title for an inspection.

    *** Was sent his title in more than a timely manner we have 30 days according to the State law! although we sent him his title in under 2 weeks because he requested we send it sooner! we sent his title Via ***** as requested by him!

    I *************************** Purchased a Vehicle from Columbus Auto Group West LLC ****************************************************************** 4/24/2024 ****** Altima 2018 price $***** . *********** are the dealer that Sold me the car I brought all my information and License in and they took copies of and ran a credit report and told me that the only car I was approved to purchase was the ****** from Credit Acceptance I would need a co-signed So I called my mother and she said she would co-sign I was asked would I like for all paperwork to be sent email and said yes I would both dealer also said after 6 months of payment I would build my credit up and I can comeback and get a newer vehicle without a co sign ,Day goes by and no paperwork contact *** and said I would just need all paperwork in my hand I would be coming to pick it up waiting for ************* I goes by the car lot and talked to ***** he says give him a day and he will fix it never did I have proof of them admitting to their wrongdoing and how they have try to have me park the car back at their car lot asked more than once the title doesnt match my temporary tags registration Credit acceptance told me the car dealer can add me and they can fix the problem which would be Columbus Auto Group West ***** has told me if I come up with ***** the car can go in my name then he said give him 500 and I come come in6/17/2024 and get the right documentation its a lot and stressful and I have been treated unfair and Im scared to trust them ***** and *** is rude and disrespectful they havent called today with any change , on the title they put ********* and its supposed to be ***** Purchase price my name is supposed to be on the title and loan and its just my mother ******************************* I have proof video recording of both dealers saying to me and my mother they were going to fix everything and I have gave them time and nothing this has caused a lot its not fair are right I just cant believe anything moving forward they lied to me

    Columbus Auto Group West LLC sold the above listed vehicle to *******************************, Ms.
    Malones mother. At no time during the process of the sale was **************** to be on the
    purchase or finance contract.
    ****************** and **************** came to the dealership after the purchase and asked if they could
    get **************** on the purchase agreement and finance contract. The lender agreed to allow
    **************** to enter the contract if a past due balance owed by **************** on a previous loan
    with the lender was paid. **************** did not want to pay what the lender required and was not
    added to any of the documents. Columbus Auto Group West LLC offered to unwind the deal
    and cancel the contract, however, **************** and ****************** refused that offer and said they
    wanted to keep the vehicle.
    The title for the vehicle has been processed and the deal has been finalized.
