    I was a previous customer at this location without issue. Tr-visited for consultation and meet with staff. We agreed I would be in contact in the next 2 weeks. Exchanged text messages with the staff. Finally agreed on price. Received call from business-thinking it was for scheduling. Caller told me we could no longer work together. Took me by complete surprise, thought it was a joke. I asked the caller to explain called could not provide a reasonable answer. Called said is was from asking about pricing, (which was lower) in the texting messages. There was only about 6 or so text messages exchanged. Caller then added it supposedly caused stress to the person texting with me that I ended a question with one ??I was taken by total surprise ! What ? I asked. The called provide zero other reasons as to why they ended the business relationship. At this point, I knew the collar was the person that I had done the consultation with. I asked the collar if I had said anything or seemed unreasonable to them when I was in the office. Which the collar said no I had done nothing. I confirmed that the decision was based on one :-) in the text string of maybe six messages. He reluctantly said yes.I said this was unacceptable and asked to speak to the supervisor. The caller said he was the supervisor. I asked for the next higher person to please call me back within the next week -I received no such phone call! I tried to follow up by calling to Nashville (I had been told that was the supervising office ) speak with the supervisor. After a long period of time on hold, A supervisor took my name and number and said they would call me back within 24 hours. I never received a phone call. This has been a period of approximately 5-6 weeks since my first consultation. I now am questioning the reason they denied my service as me being a first responder and asking for a discount. I believe I was treated unfairly. I look forward to them trying to make the situation correct.
