    The director slammed into the back of my Jeep coming out of ******* in *************** where there is a small hill right before St. Rd 7 and I started to go and then stopped because a car was speeding up to make the light and she hit me hard 2 to 3 seconds after I stopped so she had time to stop but must not have been paying attention because she hit very hard but then pulled her car away and I was nice to let us move to the parking lot and wait for the police so not to block the exit which was single lane. She lied to the cop saying it was not a hard hit and she did not think she caused the damage. The cheap insurance company she has Safeco did not know about the down **** angle she hit me at and said because her car was not dented at all after they sent a man out to take pictures of my Jeep treating me as the culprit instead of the victim even taking tire tread and engine pictures. They failed to correct their error after I showed pictures of the crash scene and even a picture they asked for of my Jeep rear without the dent anytime in the last 10 years and I showed one less than 2 years old that I thought would bring some min. offer of settlement, but only as was intended all along a cheap denial. Stay away from Liberty and Safeco insurance and Battleface Insurance like the plague.

    They don’t honor Cancel for any reason policy. I even presented my medical bills , I had emergency surgery while abroad and they still denied my claim. This was the second time I’ve used them and I won’t ever do it again. Beware of Battleface insurance
