  My car was towed from my assigned carport while I was in the *** but the *disabled* car parked on the white line next to me which is means for towing x10000 per lease agreement has been left untouched. Despite my apartment management confirming my residency, rental status of carport and the towing company's manager initially agreeing to consider releasing my vehicle, I was told I still have to pay. This experience shows the predatory nature of this company.

  These people are thieves. Luckily i file a police report. They illegally tow my car and purposely wanting me to pay. Talking about a fictional rule and law that does not exist. Thankfully i reached out to the police first before any. Scammers and their are located miles away so i had to in a shady place around criminals. The most unsafe place it could be. The police told me what i should do and i didnt have to pay a dime. They are in cahoots with apartments complex that have no parking spots. So where you park somewhere they used a fake excuse.

  This company is horrible they do not give you any notice my car had a flat tire I had just gotten home was home 5 hours didn't know my tire went flat they didn't give me any citation on my window or anything they just towed my car this company is horrible

  Unlawfully towed (stole my vehicle) today September 1st 8am I entered into my daughter's residence at where visitors are all allowed to park within 30 minutes 8:30 am my vehicle was being towed, as I ran after the truck that was parked in the parking lot with my vehicle waving and flagging him down he fled in a hurry. Thankfully its all on surveillance and I'm certain he seen me approaching his tow truck. I have contacted anyone who will listen including news outlets, and my lawyer. This a not a business, this is a crimal operation to steal money and make it seem legit, and legal. I advise anyone who has been a victim of theft from this company please contact the local news and get legal aid in this event. They need to be shut down.

  Had my car towed for no reason...they said I had a flat tire 11/23..the car was fix the next day... 5 months later 4/24 my car or towed for said flat tire...that was addressed 5 months earlier... They said the apt complex authorized... But my complex said they never did...so I'm just getting the run around...

  Company towed two of my vehicles without justification because they did not follow instructions given by the apartment complex and caused damage to two vehicles and stated they did not cause the damage yet the damage wasn’t there the day prior to them being towed. The vehicles should not have been touched at all as they were parked in the designated area that was established by the apartment complex. But they were still moved and damage was caused and they have no photo evidence of the damaged areas before they towed it.

  Zero stars. Criminal company that should not be trusted or used by apartment complexes to tow away vehicles from the guest parking or any private properties looking for towing services please save your time and money and look else where. My issue was resolved once I contacted the authorities but I was genuinely scared for my life and threatened by one of their employees.

  I tried to get into my car at 7:30 am and they towed the wrong car overnight. They meant to grab a car with the identical color, make, and model two spots over from my car that had expired tags. Instead, they carelessly removed my car with properly registered tags. All they guy had to do was double check the rear license plate. So easy that the lady on the phone looked after cursing me out. It took her 5 minutes find the mistake and costed me 2 hours of my time. The only thing they did right was not charge me for anything, but they made me late for work. In a lot that doesn't have parking passes or anything. They only towed because of expired tags, and they carelessly picked up the wrong car.

  ********* company. I am a resident with a registered vehicle and they towed my car. I've also seen others towed who were parked less than 15 minutes, so they must have spotters

  NEVER GO HERE. Unprofessional and was told incorrect information that ended up costing us over 500 dollars. Our car was stolen and towed there. We came the day of finding out to pay the approx 275 hold and release as well as get it towed to the mechanic shop. We paid and left. A week later the car is missing and had to wait 30 minutes on hold for them to find it. We were told that we never paid the fee for it to be towed to the mechanic even though we had the receipt and the receptionist asked where we wanted it towed. They also said there would be no hold and release fees because we already paid them when we came back to pay the magical new tow price of 175. One day after we called to arrange the tow because we were able to pay and now it's 380 dollars. THEY ARE CROOKS WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE AND IF YOUR CAR GETS TOWED TAKE IT OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
