I was involved in a car crash which was not my fault the police report verification is there but i use state-farm as my insurance carrier and they called a tow company to tow my car i was being transported to the hospital due to the crash. While i was being transported to hospital the tow truck company a n a towing came to get my vehicle my mother gave him the keys and signed the paper for my car to get towed, because her daughter was send to the hospital from this crash and she wanted to get to her child to make sure i was okay and nothing major had happened to me. So when i get my car from the lot it was locked i unlocked it my belongings from my glove box was on my floor board ,i have prescribed medication two different ones that were taken, all of the coins like quarters penny's all gone ,also out of daughters belongings in the back her purse all the money she had was gone which wasnt much she is 11 so it was only $60 but thats not the point. The point is that a customer shouldnt have to clean their car out when its being towed by a insurance company paying them money to do it while involved in a car crash. You should be able to trust that the towing company isnt going to go threw your car and take things and go threw items in a car. If i wasnt being transported to hospital I would have been there to make sure there was no foul behavior of the towing company. The place the towed it to had it locked and didnt even touch the car. Thinking if filing a police report. When i called the company a n a towing i had advise the lady on the phone of my crash and date she rudely said whats your car so i answered hoping it would change her tone of voice and disrespectful and unprofessional. I called to ask them not accuse them and she wouldnt let me speak i had said over 15xs mame and she still wouldnt let me speak i advise her that i was going to police because she keep hanging up on me when i asked for employee id she refused said she is the only *** there they will know
