    I purchased a used tire with warranty to replace my full sized spare, they said save my receipt in case there was a problem, 2 weeks later i needed to use the spare because i had a flat, after installing it the weight of the car made the dry rot and cracking visible, they sold me a super dangerous tire. im lucky i noticed it before i started driving or i prolly would have wrecked on the highway and possibly hurt or killed myself in the process. i went back with the receipt to have them make good on the warranty, and they accused me of lying saying it wasn't the same tire, there excuse is that they put ********* on the receipt and its a firehawk brand tire, so them putting the wrong info on the receipt they said they wouldn't replace it, so i told them i want the receipt back because im getting ahold of the BBB and here we are -*****

    Sorry I called *********** and was misunderstood. The item number wasnt much with the receipt. When I come look at it the receipt I put new tire for them and I appreciate your time thanks.

    The receipt was for front passenger, but he switched to the rear passenger. Thats why I get confused after I found out the quality of the tire match with our receipt. I give him free tire thanks.
