    ** 03/07/2023 I signed an agreement to purchase a tiny home from Modern Tiny Living (MTL) for the cumulative price of $88,000.00. The estimated build time provided by MTL in the contract was 6-9 months. I paid the down payment per our agreement. ** 05/28/2023 I was approved for financing through ************ with ************************* as my contact. They were recommended by MTL.** 08/21/2023 I texted ********************* (part-owner of MTL) for a project update. He gave me an expected build time of approx. 9 months from the end of April (November). He contradicted himself by also giving a time range of November - February. ** 11/02/2023 Haery gave me an update via text with a new expected completion date in February.** 01/17/2024 Haery via text was unable to give me an updated completion date. ***** also stated, "**ce it's started it will be completed pretty soon." This was the first time I was informed that the build was not yet in progress. We were 2 months past the original November deadline.** 02/08/2024 Haery via text informed me that the estimated completion date was "12 weeks", or "16 max." ** 05/24/24 Haery confirmed an end of June completion date. ** 06/26/24 Haery confirmed an end of July completion date. ** 07/15/24 I offered to pay in full upon completion if he could make a 08/09/24 delivery date. ** 08/19/24 Haery offered to provide a $2,500 discount. ** 08/20/24 Haery provided me an estimated timeframe of 20 days.** 08/20/24 I requested a $10,000 discount for MTL doubling the estimated build time and providing me with 6 missed estimated deadlines. They declined that request. Between the dates of 08/20/24 and 08/22/24 we engaged in negotiation over email without sufficient movement. Copies of the emails are attached.

    I have told him I will give him $2500 for the delays... that was before he started with the threats of "$10k penalty or more"

    So I have now told him he can get $5k off if and only if he pays off his balance now as opposed to financing his last year @ 5% (which was original agreement). I told him he can pay us $39k now or he will have no discount whatsoever and we will stick with original agreement:

    $22k now
    $22k financed over a year @ 5% (~ $1800/months)
