I ordered tickets months ago and right before the concert they sent out an email that the concert was postponed. 4 months later it still hasn't been rescheduled. I attempted to get my money back and this was denied. I think these tickets was a scam so please beware and order your tickets from someone else. Do not trust this site!!!!!

I-Tickets has become SKETCHY! There is a reason they have a D- rating here. I operate a community theater in Tacoma, Wa. and we have used I-tickets for 5 years with no problems until this year when they were sold and under new ownership. We had multiple problems with their website not processing online sales, having shows all of a sudden not being able to sell tickets, and a host of other issues. We have yet to receive our ticket revenue from sales equaling close to $20,000.00 after a number of days and to be honest, I wonder if we will ever see it. My sales rep (***** ******) seemed a little "off" the entire time and suddenly has blocked my email address. BEWARE!

I had a very weird glitch when I tried to purchase a pair of recent tickets. When I clicked "submit" on the order page, I got a "500 error" message and no confirmation page/email. Yet my credit card was charged for the tickets! So I was freaking out a bit. I emailed iTickets immediately and asked if my order actually went through, and if it didn't, if I could receive a refund for my tickets. Less than 15 minutes later, I got an email from ***** saying that the order didn't go through, and I could just reorder the tickets. I decided not to worry about it at the moment and re-purchase the tickets another day. Well, around 5 pm that day (4 hours later), I DID get an order confirmation email saying my tickets were reserved but that I still needed to pay $60 (this was $10 cheaper than the original price). So I paid the remaining balance from my account settings on the iTicket website. Now, there were TWO charges on my credit card account. I decided to let it go and see if one of the charges fell off before calling iTickets again. THEN, the next morning, I got an email AND call from ***** explaining that I had been refunded one of the charges. She was so compassionate about my situation and wanted to ensure that I didn't pay twice for one pair of tickets. I tried explaining what happened on my end and why there were two charges. She thinks maybe the website was trying to give me a cheaper price but glitched and charged me two separate times. Whatever happened doesn't matter, what matters is that she made it right immediately! I have never experienced customer service as prompt and empathetic as iTickets. They truly care about you and will fix any order issue ASAP. I'm so relieved that they understood my concerns and refunded me the second charge; I don't believe all companies would do that. Thank you again to ***** and iTickets!
