    The tattoo shop manager, known only by the name Matt, was paid $750 for a cover-up tattoo by me. I had an appointment scheduled with him at 12pm on 12/01/22 to continue working on the paid-in-full tattoo. I was advised, upon arrival to stingin ink tattoos that Matt no longer works there. There was no further action made to rectify the situation. I contacted Matt and he responded via text 2 days later that he no longer works there. He made no efforts to try to finish the tattoo I've paid for and did not provide any refund. It's very unprofessional for the organization to disregard the matter entirely, as it is for the tattoo artist.
